Excellent service by Martin. He went above & beyond. Great team. Highly recommend this store when looking for an Indian.

Last servicing left me with a distasteful feeling. Found scratch on the chrome which wasn't there before. Really hurts as I keep my bike in pristine condition.
No issues with servicing or customer service but just wish they were more careful with bikes especially chrome ones which are absolute nightmare to fix a scratch.

Don’t waste your time waited 7 months for parts 4 scratches on bike new owner every time i go there you have been warned

Unfortunately, my experience with Indian Motorcycle Kenwick was far from satisfactory. The lack of communication skills and updates during the 6-month wait for my parts was frustrating and disappointing. Every time I called the shop, I was met with a lack of information about my bike, which made the wait feel even longer. The fact that there was a parts supply shortage everywhere was understandable, but the way that the team at Indian Motorcycle Kenwick handled the situation left a lot to be desired.

Additionally, the price charged for a standard service was steep, and the decision to air freight a single white wall tire from Melbourne for an exorbitant $690 was surprising. I had hoped that my four-month advance notice to purchase the white wall tire would be taken into consideration, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The lack of bargaining power and the indifference shown by Jon towards my situation was disappointing.

The only bright spot in my experience was Ellrin, the friendly and professional young man at the front desk. However, it was not enough to overcome the overall feeling of disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service provided by Indian Motorcycle Kenwick.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Indian Motorcycle Kenwick to others based on my experience. The lack of effective communication, the high prices, and the poor handling of a difficult situation all contributed to a negative experience. It's a shame that what was once known as the best branch has fallen so far.

Great place great bike I ended up with and I would give more stars but I recently had my bike serviced and I’m still waiting on a simple air filter replacement, Indian are awesome bikes but why is it that nothing is ever available for your bike? Even the other guys have countless parts and accessories but you guys seem to really struggle with this and then there is no follow up with customers that are waiting to hear of it ever becomes available? I love my bike but it really is ridiculous

Generally speaking, I prefer vehicles with 4 wheels. OR SO I THOUGHT!
After the service I received from James and his staff I may never steer away from the 2 wheeled experience again.

Had a engine fault come up on my dark horse today, with help from the staff it turned out to very easy to clear (soft code). I never knew about these until today.

Well we were treated with a polite welcome.the usual sales hussel was not there lol, we looked around, were offered coffee, and treated with friendliness.resulted in my wife and i buying an Indian Roadmaster limited, Mark and his crew are very helpful and our experience will never be fogotten.go and check them out!
