Independent Living Centre WA / Indigo reviews
10I just had a bed delivered and the installer was very prompt and friendly. There were no problems and the service was great.
Avoid Indigo at all costs. Appalling service. I was referred, had an assessor and 2 ot's come to my house, and then I went to Shenton Park for a follow up. But Indigo never registered me so I never received the all important referral number. My phone calls and emails were never returned. Shame on you, Indigo.
So many things I discovered to help me live easier in my home.and my lady and my OT were amazing at showing and helping me decide which items are best for me
I just want to say a big THANKYOU to Tanya Dymock and absolute angel, she really went above and beyond to help me when I felt completely lost and out of my depth with an elderly parent that I needed to assist. Great customer service and greatly appreciated.
Have been hiring a wheelchair from them for the past 12 months at $50per month. Sue is lovely and understanding of circumstances that sometimes means she will let me pay a week later.
If you have a query or question regarding any kind of aid for disabilities. These people will advise you where and what you can get to help sort out your needs.
Bit confusing, I went down with my 90 year old grandmother to look at items that will help her, but the lady on reception was quite standoffish and short with us. She basically said thwy have nothing in stock and that we had to pre-arrange an appointment with a supplier at another location and then go from there. It was a nightmare. But our conversation was overheard by an OT who was absolutely wonderful; she grabbed a bunch of things feom the stock rooms and sat down with us for 30 minutes and was truly amazing. She was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I do recommend ILC, but ring up beforehand!
Everyone is so friendly and very very helpful. Very organised. They cater for everyone, blind, deaf, disabled, and elderly, anything you cannot see can be arranged. Generous sized acrod parking. They opening a new store in Cockburn soon which is great news for us Southerners.
Independent Living was invaluable in helping me choose a wheelchair for my mother at a stressful time. They also helped us with walking frames. I would recommend that anybody caring for an elderly relative should make an appointment and visit this place.
Wow this place offers all the little trick gadgets that make living in the day to day world better. Fantastic staff on hand to help find the gadget just for you. This site was a nightmare to find on the hospital grounds as it is so close to the exit into the main road and no in your face signage.
