New location is stunning! Service as always is exceptional, can't wait for my next visit & to try more treatments!

I had a spa pedicure today which was amazing in true Indah style. This was my first visit to the new location, its a beautiful building, I did find the reception sitting bench very uncomfortable, very narrow and I kept sliding off it! Also the seating in the after treatment room was not very cosy or relaxing after having such a wonderful relaxing pedicure. I think I was expecting is to be much like the old place, quiet and low lighting, softly spoken staff, but this had very bright lighting (it was a 40 degree day too) and staff speaking very loudly on the phone and in the hallways.
Sorry for the few negative comments, but I will be back because I love the treatments that Indah provide and I am sure I will get use to the new surroundings.:)

Well what can I say, my wife, daughter an daughter inlaw all love the place so it must be great.

Indah exceeded my expectations above and beyond. I was not expecting to recieve such a welcoming and relaxing experience. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. The room was super calming and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The treatment left my skin feeling the best its ever been. Wow, simply amazing, thank you.

Once had to wait 20 minutes for my eyebrow appointment to begin after the scheduled time. Only for the lady who did my eyebrows to insult me and say that my eyebrows were “too hairy and bushy” and “needed a lot of work. ” The whole time I felt like I was annoying her. Not a comfortable experience.

Love the ambience and always feel zen whenever I leave the place. The staff are knowledgeable and I always have a lovely experience there no matter what treatment I may be having, but their facials are my favourite.

A place to escape and relax. Never ever have myself or my husband been dissapointed with the service Indah provides. Love it!

As soon as you walk in the door the relaxing atmosphere surrounds you. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. My treatments are first class and I feel like a new person and can't wait for every time I rebook.

I had AJ give me a 30 min express back massage today. I was very impressed with the massage nice and firm like i requested and worked on all the knots i had in my upper back and neck. I have booked again for next week. Many thanks.

Had my 1st facial today and OMG it was amazing. I had to take my 6 year daughter in aswell (as i couldnt cancel) as she wasn't well and they treated her like royalty.thank you very much! The highlight of the poor poppetts day. Not to mention the highlight of my day with an awesome feeling face, arms and shoulders. Thank you.
