For once a medical centre with pleasant and lovely reception staff and doctors. They know the meaning of “CARE” recommend Iluka medical centre 100%

Mixed feelings with this place. They were on time so that's a plus. Older receptionist was very helpful.

However doctor Arora seemed quite disinterested in running through my symptoms and keen to get me out of the door in under 4 minutes. The script was only for one week and the chemist said really need 2 weeks or at least an option for a repeat.

I guess this place just wants more consults and revenue so they intentionally go light on the scripts.

Younger receptionist didn't want to explain how to claim Medicare rebate - I haven't used a doctor for 20 years so I didn't know how it all worked these days.

Customer service 101 at least pretend to helpful.

Iluka medical centre has great friendly Doctors and staff that have been very helpful to me and my ongoing health issues, thanks guys ️

I am always treated well and never rushed. I've followed Dr. Arora as he's moved from another practice, and highly recommend him for general health issues, skin checks and the removal of skin cancer lesions.

Dr Moeen Ahmed is one of the best medicos I’ve had in my lifetime (now 63 years). He is empathetic but straightforward. He takes time to talk through any issues that arise in detail as well as answering any questions. He is thorough and highly knowledgeable. If he is unsure on any matter he refers on to specialists. A superb medical doctor.

The doctor (Moeen) cancelled our appointment with less than 24 hours notice, because he wants to go home early! I made the appointment 2 days before for my daughter who has tonsillitis. They offered me an appointment two days later. She has severe tonsillitis and requires antibiotics. I can’t let her wait for 4 days to see a doctor. No alternatives offered. If I treat my customers like this, I will go out of business. Disappointed.

I see Dr Moeen Ahmed, and he is incredibly patient, kind and super thorough with his explanations!

Where other doctors have left me feeling confused in the past, I leave his office with no doubts or confusions! Best doctor I have ever been to, would definitely recommend him!

Excellent service from this surgery, Dr Sarwar was extremely thorough and a really lovely friendly, approachable Dr, felt at ease and not rushed.

Soo good. Best service I've ever had. Doctor Sawar and the other doctors, nurses, receptionists and staff have treated me soo well and helped me allot. My health has improved soo much since being a patient. Must visit type of place for anyone who wants. 100/10

Really disappointed to be putting 1 star today but I'm really appalled at Dr. Kiran. Took my 11yr old boy today for a check up on his ankle as it hurts while playing footy, he told me that he's chubby and putting the weight on it wouldn't help. I saw that it embarrassed my son, I'm disgusted. Won't return and I've had no dramas seeing Dr. Moeen myself, he's lovely. This 1 star is simply for Dr. Kiran and his insensitive comment. I'm so upset for my boy who's not even a BIG Boy, he's just not skinny!

Unfortunately didn't have the best experience with dr kiran. I stated I was allergic to amoxicillin (as i had an allergic reaction when i was younger) and he prescribed it anyway as i had taken cephalexin before, whole appointment took 5 minutes roughly. Ended up getting the pharmacy to call and ask for a different antibiotic and he mentioned that he had already explained to me that im allowed to take it and wouldn't change the prescription. Glad i didnt take it and sought second advice as they said there was a so many different options that wouldnt risk a reaction and that they arent the same thing. Wish i had said no to him once given the prescription but always hate saying stuff as Im not a dr. Reception ladies were lovely, and I cant talk for other drs. I hate posting bad reviews but the fact he outright refused to prescribe something else, with so many options which guarantee my safety is to me rather disgusting. Id rather not trial it when other options are there. Id recommend maybe booking with someone else there or a different clinic.

EDIT, unable to respond so will edit this post. I had a bad hives as a reaction.not a 'mild' rash. Maybe you misunderstood me. I highly doubt if it was a mild reaction to an 'infection' that I would have to advise hospitals and every dr I am allergic to it.saying it could have been due to an infection rather than the medication is an assumption on your end, and when there is so many alternatives, prescribing me something which can potentially harm my health is in my eyes unprofessional. I was prescribed the exact thing i said i was allergic to, amoxicillin. You had the option to change it yet refused when the pharmacist called, whether you believe or disbelieve my allergy is absolutely irrelevant as you were not the one who diagnosed my allergy nor the one who will suffer the consequences if the reaction was to be worse. Thanks for your advice in regards to taking an antihistamine for the chances of receiving a lesser of a reaction, but for the 50/50 chance of it being better or worse, I wont be taking my chances on it. I'll always pick safer than sorry.

Although this place is difficult to find (its located upstairs), there is a car park for the upper level. I was greeted by a really friendly and welcoming receptionist who smiled and chatted. Dr Ahmed was really kind, patient and thorough. I definitely would recommend this place. Thank you for a great service today.

I am thankful to have a medical center at such convenient location to my home and getting appointments have never been so quick and convenient.

I would highly recommend this practice to everyone young and old. Beautiful, Personable staff who are very welcoming. My whole family now come here, the doctors are really friendly and make you feel at ease. Thanks Iluka Medical center. Sandra O'Hara
