Il Pirata

We once waited almost 2hours for our pizzas to come out. Yup, we were sticking to our chairs. After checking again, the pizzas arrived and they were the wrong order. On top of that was still charged full price and still had to pay for the wrong order.

Now at this occasion, I'm waiting for a Buccaneer pizza to be delivered at home as take away. Which is now close to the 2hour mark late.

Will I order take away or sit at a table of ilPirata again. If I can rate lower than, I would have.

I hope the service improves as your business will not benefit through others experiencing the same.

If you want to wait an hour for a pizza.when told it will be 30. Like doughy pizza and like service from people that don’t really know what they’re doing. This is the place for you. Manager was extremely rude saying when it’s this busy a pizza will take an hour. Well please tell me this when you originally told me 30 mins. Used to be a good place. But not spending my money here anymore. Definitely go to Reno’s at Whitfords

Had high hopes as the reviews looked so good. Got home and the margarita pizza was burnt. The pepperoni was not as burnt but still overcooked. Could not even taste any flavour due to how dry the bases were and not being able to taste the sauce. I enjoyed the burnt basil the most.

Great pizza and service at the il Pirate, Sorrento, the manager was very friendly and polite, well worth the money! Recommended

Food was very good, reminded me of my childhood abuse, the good days atleast. I was fairly concerned however as I heard strange noises coming from the kitchen, little as
ian boy seemed very nice and good service, I reccomend it

I have to say, demon Slayer is my absolute favourite anime series. The characters and lore is so extensive that I found myself rewatching the series over and over. Thoroughly recommend 10/10

Really good service and enjoyed the food there. The chef cares about his food and I feel so welcomed there. Definitely will go there again.

We were staying at the accommodation close by so got takeaway pizzas, pasta and salad from there. The vegetarian pizza was the best vegetarian pizza I think I've ever had. The rest of the food was yummy too. The service was friendly and fast. Definitely recommend

The pizza and garlic bread is next level, was stoked to get my lips around the bbq meat lovers and the garlic bread was on point. Would definitely head back for some more.

Nice location, terrible food and service. Pasta tasted premade with a jar of sauce poured over it, no parmesan cheese and soggy burnt garlic bread. We wont be going back!

I placed an order for pizza and pasta for my Mum's birthday. Due to covid restrictions I wasn't able to travel to WA to celebrate with her. Such friendly and efficient service from the staff at Il Pirata. Mum and Dad said the woodfired vegetarian pizza, gnocchi and rocket salad was absolutely delicious and the staff even wished her a happy birthday. Mum was delighted and it made her day, and mine. Thank you Il Pirata.

Omg it is so good I had to come back for more. On the second night the owner rembered me! And the food is just Devine 10/10 I can't get enough of it!

Took 45 minutes for the pizza too be made, came out partly burnt, tasted premade. Talked to David on the phone seemed extremely rude and unprofessional and didn't seem apologetic at all for our food. Needs better service and care from a 'manager'.

We had pizzas on Friday nite & they are the best in Perth by far & cooked by a great authentic Italian chef fantastic food

What a wonderful restaurant brilliant friendly service and amazing food.
Sitting across from the ocean we had a stunning sunset for the start of our night.
Garlic bread was so good starting things off nicely.
We had fettuccine carbonara that was great portion and very good.
But the pizzas best I have had in Perth fresh home made pizza base brilliant.
Tandoori and moroccan lamb tasted beautiful and great size.
Definitely will.be back what a great find.

What a find, currently eating our meal we just ordered here from uber eats.sensational. Pizza is wood fired and toppings are generous. Garlic bread is homemade and an excellent side to the meal. Carbonara is tasty and a massive portion!

Phone experience when making a reservation was a bit trying but could not fault the welcome, service, attitude and food when we got there.

We are currently in isolation at a location close to the restaurant. We rang up to see if we could order take-away and if they could deliver. They were so sweet and obliging. The food was so delicious and good quality. We ordered the gnocchi which was tasty and very authentic. We also got a single serve salad which was huge (!) and a pizza. It was delicious and wood fired and the base was crisp and chewy - some of the best we have had! Highly recommend
