2Ordered a kebab through uber eats had this delivered almost an hour later from Bertram. Cold soggy and fell apart when I unwrapped it. Tried to talk to shop about my order they just wanted me to place another order. NOT HAPPY
Very disappointed with the service from one particular employee
I order from Uber eats and when delivered there was missing items
I called Uber eats driver and he told me to call the restaurant so I did and I was very upset with how the employee treated me
He said there was nothing he could do and ask me to come collect the item myself I explained I couldn’t do so hence why I ordered delivery so I ask for a refund or someone to deliver he then became rude and told me he was closing and the manager wasn’t in and then hung up on me. I’m not one to complain nor am I one to get angry but i am very upset how he handle it and I will not be eating there or ordering from then again nor will any of my family
This is not how customer service is supposed to be!
I am now going without dinner and out of pocket for the food!
