Not everyone has same type of hearing loss and my hearing loss was due the noise of my working environment. Ihear advised me on which hearing aid would suit me. After a year one hearing aid had a intermittent fault and IHEAR we’re good enough to give me an upgrade for the inconvience it caused me. Thank you Ihear and staff for such a good service

I had a very comprehensive hearing test with Alex. He explained the outcome in great detail And explored the options that were available to suit my circumstances. I have done a number of hearing test with different organisations, but this was the most comprehensive and understandable experience I have had.

I was disappointed as I was expecting a better price for new aides as I have been with ihear for 22 years The price for aids per pair was from $3000 to told they would cost $4000 so I am now very upset as I get no subsidy or pension now that I am retired.
