Always a "go to shop"
Staff great always helpful, well stocked shelves, easy to get around etc etc

Too expensive. Used to be good when they had a discount fridge but it changed when new management took over.

It wasn't broken l, you didn't have to "fix" it.
Clueless new owners have destroyed the last good IGA left in Rockingham by moving the counters and ruining up the entire front of the store. One is now expected to navigate a meandering candy aisle in the form of a hedge maze to find ones way out of the store, god help you if you have a trolley of if you're just checking your lotto numbers.
Poor cashiers don't even have personal space, I witnessed an older man literally squeeze himself behind the young female cashier, her expression said it all. The old counter had plenty of space behind for multiple employees to walk and serve multiple customers from multiple angles without touching each other. The new set up causes employees to awkwardly squeeze behind the person at register 1, taking even longer to open new registers when it's busy.

Ha e tried calling for the past 45 minutes to enquire if they have a certain product! NO ANSWER! Shall not be shopping at this wanna be IGA anymore!

Early opening. Less hassle. Not so busy. Now have the daily paper and Lotto.good for last minute flowers.

Easy, level, ground floor, entry.
Well labelled aisles. Helpful floor staff, owner/managers friendly and always say hello. Short queues at tills.

Popped in to IGA Charthouse Ave Waikiki to pick up some of their weekly catalogue specials, saved myself some dollars! Good range of products, great fresh deli section helpful & pleasant staff.

This is the best IGA in my area. Staff are always plentiful and very helpful. Never long lines for the tills as they will open extra when needed.

Good prices, fresh produce, I haven't shopped at an IGA for awhile, but I like this store very much.

Always gives good service love their fruit and veg section lady in charge of that department so helpful

One star is even too-generous, this IGA is disgusting, it smells and I would even check expiry dates, fruit and veg are not even taken proper care of.
I had purchased veg from this store and found bugs, in my corn it was filled with bugs as the picture shows I contacted the store and wasn't taken seriously was told I could get a store credit when I personally would not feel comfortable purchasing anything from this store even as I've had a problem in the past with expiry dates but never did I think I would find bugs in my food.the store owner then ignored my texts until I said I was gonna take this further. I wouldn't waste a dollar in this store.

Always have fresh fruit and vegetables, well priced deli that has so much variety and carries products that I cannot find anywhere else, ladies serving are always lovely and polite. Its a great place to shop, well priced and easy parking.

Went in with my brother and got a Roast Pork dinner. Very nice and cheap too.
Not all IGA stores do it so look and you will find those stores that do.

Very disgusted overcharged once again prices are set on paper sleeves but once you go to the checkout totally different prices

Wanted coke they had hardly any 24 carton was $30 went to other iga and got a carton of 30 for $22

It's a great shop with a great range of products and staff are always friendly. Their prices are good too. We shop there quite often.

Only had 2 items and had to wait 5 mins to be served. These check out staff were slow and not observant with the long queue backing up.

Every weekend/Monday the stock levels are totally wiped out and aren’t replenished. I have raised this with the staff multiple times and has never been fixed. The owner needs to fix this, again the staff are good but the owner clearly doesn’t order enough stock
