IGA Gosnells

The most run-down shop I've ever seen. Selection was terrible, the bakery was closed and had random boxes piled on it, and the frozen isle had the doors ripped of the freezers and were full of random rubbish. To top this all off, the ice cream freezers had shattered glass and the ice creams were defrosted. Overall terrible, would not recommend.

The overall store is quite dirty and not so great but the service is always very good! I occasionally come in on Saturdays, after Coles and Woolies shut at 5 and am greeted so nicely by the girl at the counter. She has great people skills and is quite honestly the highlight of the store, I’ve talked to other customers about her and they’ve all agreed. If I were her manager I would definitely give her more shifts and a raise!

Literally the worst Iga in all Perth. Period

Ordered 2 Marvellous creation chocolate bars and was given boysenberry and block Forrest.
Don't ever order anything to be delivered. They knew it was wrong and sent it anyway! Conveniently phone number is never answered.

This place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. Floors are gross and in a terrible condition with paper, plastic and cardboard scattered around the store. Flooring coming up around the fridges. The ceiling is leaking with wet towels on the floor and poor signage.

The aisles and entire store are just cluttered. Spillage in the fridge section with a sign saying to be careful and it looks like it had been there all day unattended.

What appeared to be the store manager or possibly owner was even more disturbing, just standing around looking very useless at the front counter while drinking a beer and talking on his phone.

I would not go back or recommend this dump to anyone. I feel sorry for the staff working there. It should be demolished.

Used Menu log and received 3 out of 6 items I wanted. The other 3 items were not ones I had selected.

Really good + have a lot of stock on the shelves during Covid️, I personally would like it to be covid-19️ vaccination details entry everywhere not just alcohol for at least the next year, wish people would wear masks and be more responsible 10,000 new Covid-19 cases daily ️

Drum stick ice cream was on special for half price. Because THEY WHERE HALF PRICE THE OWNER DIDN'T! CARE! Enough! Because IT WAS ON SPECIAL? To put the stock straight in fridge! It's ALL MELTED EVERYWHERE IN EVERY BOX! To bad WoW. Now it's back to full price THE WHOLE LOt IS UNSELLABLE. His very Seriously Selfish! Costumers ARE SICK Of IT And DON'T SHOP THERE! People aren't dum you know?

I just feel so unwelcomed by the staff member that I have always attended the shop and always have been a regular customer but unfortunately today and the other day I'm sorry to say that I will not be attending Supa IGA in Gosnells some of the staff are good but this particular one was brumpt and rude so there for I will not be attending this shop anymore.

I thought the kit Kat chocolate I bought tasted funny, turns out it was 9 months past best before date.
Went to grab a banana flavoured oak milk off the fridge shelf, that expired 4 days prior!

Turns out the Haribo happy cherries i bought has a best before date of 11 months ago too.

How about you cycle your stock.

Not the first time I've seen products long past use-by & best before still on the shelves, won't be going back.

Dodgy area with dodgy people.this iga is very unsettling in its emptiness.not the widest range of products but understandable given anything of value has most likely been stolen already

I like this store like all IGAs they are cold but they have my favourite bread which we all love. Nice and clean and they definitely have green fingers, the plants are beautiful nd healthy other products are well stocked and always have just the right amount of everything. Not flashy but provides the necessities and great customer service. Try it shopping is a leisurely experience once again.

I would like some staff acknowledge customers as soon as they walk into the store with a smile on their face

Deli department has short open hours but there is a convenient range of premade food such as roast meals, sandwiches and fruit platters.
Has all the basics but service seems to revolve around the cigarette counter.
Reasonable range supermarket but some items can be pricey.

It's a little run down and definitely needs some love. In saying that, it has bread, milk all the basics.

I think when your selling sandwiches more than a day out of date they should be discounted or removed from the shelf

Smaller shop, but makes it relaxing to shop and love the different items available. Convenient.

Not happy at all about the pricing and tags.
Pricing was not label properly and bought pies which I spent 10 min checking and thought it was around $3. Went to check out and came out $8.31 for 12 pies.
