IGA Fresh reviews
34Rude staff last night. Older blonde lady. She has no idea on produce sold at store and how to use the tills. The younger staff were more customer friendly and helpful.
I worked here between 1997 to 2001 and loved every minute of it. Great store and great people.
There is a hole in the floor near the Deli, told staff twice about it and nothing has been done! If an elderly person or anyone for that matter trips and falls i hope they sue them as they have been told multiple times. Bags of tomatoes rotten and mouldy selling for over $7! Keep driving Coles is just down the road.
Some of the best varieties, fresh quality, excellent presentation and great staff (hopefully the staff is appreciated) Love shopping here. However the prices on some items could be quite high
Staff are not happy, can't get a straight answer when asking for simple things to be ordered in, asked for 9 months, range of conflicting excuses, really over it, what took my last iga less than a fortnight to do craigie iga refuses.
Also unhealthy choices, like these 200gram lollies at the counter.
Clean, tidy, well stocked IGA. Good prices too. Fruit & Veg are of excellent quality. Good pharmacy and newsagent & coffee shop plus other shops as well.
The front end lady named Justine is the bestus helper in the world if your looking for something
This is my local supermarket. Being a privately owned suburban supermarket their prices are usually a little higher than wollies or Coles but their friendly service and availability makes up for it.support local I say especially when they are dedicated to servicing local.
Love this iga. Has such a good fruit and veg section. Way better than the local coles and woolworths and most other groceries are competitive in price.
Staff dealt extremely well with the influx of panic buyers this morning after lock down was announced. A credit to them!
The revamp means the place looks better & seems to have a better range. Possibly now owned by same ppl as Kingsley? Decent pre-prepared & standard grocery items (though often pricey). Very hard to find a staff member if needed (other than at till). Fruit & veg not as good. I will no longer buy tomatoes & a few other items there - poor condition, or gone off super quick. Made the mistake of getting a bag of tomatoes again this week - half were off when opened the bag, but couldn’t find the receipt to return them. Won’t do it again.
I brought a piece of beef roast from Iva cragie it was cooked medium to rare and was unedable its not about the money its the wast of time considering to do my shopping else were certainly wont bye any more meat there
I used to live in Craigie up until about 18months ago. I returned today to the IGA whilst in the area.
They have done an amazing job with the revamp. It looks great. They also appear to only stock WA grown and produced meat.
But a lot of the items I used to love are no longer available ️
The roast chickens aren't the same, they do not have the same crumbed chicken snitzles or crumbed lamb chops. Those 3 were some of my pantry stables.
Still a fantastic IGA though.
This place has gone downhill recently, their fresh produce is poor quality and the prices generally of in store stock is EXPENSIVE
Single jumbo toilet roll has had a price hike this week, going from $5.99 on Monday, to $9.99 on Friday. No longer my local.
Possibly one of the worst customer service i have EVER experienced. The male serving me was too busy having a chat with his co-workers to even greet me, make eye contact or ask if i wanted the receipt. If you can avoid this place, i would 100% go ANYWHERE but Craigie IGA. I will not be returning ever again and would recommend to others not to either.
There is plenty to choose from in the meat department and the fruit and vegetables are fresh and the price is just right in the budget
Really nice staff, the store definitely needs an update as it feels a bit clostraphobic but all around amazing store for when all the others are closed on Sunday, prices are also a bit more expensive then Woolworths ext in the neighbouring areas.
Used to have a great iga there.
Good specials and friendly staff. Now it has turned into a horrid store that overcharges on Everything. Not nice people in the news agency either
Staff not very friendly, a few are ok, not a happy feel in shop as it use to be. Store does look nice though.
