Fantastic vegan range. THE place to go for Pico chocolate, snacks, burgers, mayos. Could do with more artisanal cheeses from local producers like Noshing. Almost everything you could possibly want besides is here and meat is kept behind glass doors to stop odours permeating other produce. One major issue I would like to address tho is the high staff turnover rate. This is not only indicative of low staff morale, but as someone who is it would be nice to be on first-name basis with a longterm member of staff so I know where to go for help should I need it. Willagee is a lovely community neighbourhood and this should be reflected in its local supermarket.

Good IGA, friendly staff, lots of stuff! And they’ve been giving you boxed instead of plastic bags and the $reusable bags for years

IGA Willagee is an excellent local store that actually helps local farmers. My money can help boost the local economy and help keep jobs in the Australian food industry. I disapprove of the notion that my dollars might boost the profits of large food chains by frequenting the big impersonal franchises. These companies sell mass-produced, overly-industrialized food with long shelf lives and therefore contain many preservatives, regulators and sugars.

I refuse to help boost the profits of international corporations like Coles and Woolworths. Buy local, that's my motto.

Not sure how to give it a half star. Would be 3.5. Always find IGA a little on the expensive side for fruit and veg. But the quality looks good.
Some of the specials I saw and purchased were great.
Service was good. Shop was clean and neat.

Very dissappointed to see the handsanitiser is no longer available on entry and exit to the store. This is a great store with wonderful staff so was surprised that the sanitiser was not available for customers.

Friendly and genuinely interested staff, managements also helpful, can always get what I need from a well stocked store

IGA Willagee small a lot of products out of stock or. They don't sell em if they do U Have to wait ages to receive them. Isley dirty shelves and floors.

Slow service wouldn't recommend this store. People working there are rude except for the blond dude.

Good local grocers. Small but has everything one needs. Well kept and very good fresh produce. And staff is courteous and friendly.

Amazing IGA - probably the best I have ever seen. Wide selection of goods I struggle to find in the large big brand stores, and the produce is fresh and usually better priced than the Aldi down the road. Needless to say the service is immaculate too, with enough checkouts open at all times to ensure minimal if any waiting time.

Convenient, well stocked with a good range of standard products and local/Aussie produce/manufacturer. Really helpful and friendly staff.what an old grocery shop used to be like.
Even have donation points at exit for Swan Dog/Cat Havens, plus church group.

THE best IGA store around. Good choice of meat and poultry, fruit & veg tops, good selection of other household needs, clean and tidy, big plus for always friendly, helpful staff.

Witnessed a staff member assaulting a lady he accused of shoplifting yesterday. He broke the law. He has no authority to use as much force as he did. Regardless of what she did, the physical force was excessive.
