IGA reviews
40 In my recent visit to PK Fresh IGA, I observed that despite its modest size, the store impressively offers a wide variety of products. Formerly, my visits were primarily to the liquor store, and I didn't frequent IGA as much.
However, after finding myself in need of a few items that I had forgotten during a shopping trip elsewhere, I decided to drop in. To my surprise, I discovered that the store, although small, is abundantly stocked with a diverse range of items.
Particularly pleasing to me was the reasonable selection of British goods, which I always appreciate. This experience has positively altered my perspective on PK Fresh IGA, highlighting its capability to provide a comprehensive shopping experience despite its compact space.
Iga a bit expensive went to get coffee I courthouse to get at Coles an out was nearly $10 dearer than all the other shops Including some igas
Very nice. Lots of bargains that you wouldn't expect from your local corner shop.
I'm very happy with my purchases, got some right bargains.
The cake selections look delicious.
I'll keep checking out the specials when passing.
Thankyou for your time.
Anytime coming shopping here, i have always found the shop floor to be good. Shelving has been well displayed. I have been here from time to time over many years. Customer service could be better at the front of the store.
Staff ask if there was any other gluten free beers I like and they would get them in
Always great staff friendly and welcoming
It's the only liquor store close by thay sells my vodka and now I find out they have versions of midori, butterscotch, coffee blue citrus. For 2 bottles of my vodka and a divas version of blue Curacao, it was only $37.80
The team in this bottle shop are wonderful. The main reason we go is because they are the only place around that stock longwhites
Nice, fresh groceries, sometimes they are so much cheaper than Coles and Woolies. Very friendly staff.
Very poor range didn't find what I need so had to go to woollies up the road very disappointing and there was no staff anywhere to get any help.
Great friendly service.
I like getting our kiwi food from there too.ie: superwine biscuits, taro etc
Love shopping here throughout the week in the late afternoon and evening, the checkout staff are so lovely and conversational. I have recently shopped here in the early morning and was served by an elder lady who doesn't give the same passion and is very rushing, very poor customer service. The food variety is very impressive and can't recommend the butchers enough, definitely a good little shop with their late afternoon environment.
Wide variety of goods that are fresh and friendly service the people seem to have a good team culture as well by the way they were talking to each other
Neat lil IGA, think the best thing I like about it is that it has the kiwi shop in it. Kiwi shop ftw
Shop has an old smell to it, run down and expensive. Service is poor, zero personal skills, no help/thanks, all the absolute basics of customer service - even for checkout chics. It reminds me of Wm Low from the UK in the 1980's.
Unfriendly staff with poor customer service. How about a smile and hello? Security Guard or staff watching your every move. My kids refuse to go there any more as the guard follows them down the isle with arms folded standing behind them (meant to be intimidating). Maybe they are so blind they class decent people who have never shoplifted in the same category as everyone else. Wearing a Hoodie or trackies does not make you a thief, walking in with your kids either side of you doesn't make you a thief. Shoplifting may be rife but this store has gone downhill over the last 4-5 years. We will be taking our business permanently elsewhere.so don't fear PK IGA you have 3 less customers you need to keep an eye on!
I'd like to rate higher because they do have a good IGA and the newsagent staff are very cool not to mention their awesome bakery.if you're not find of big shopping centres then this may just be the one for you!
This is a quaint little grocery store. Just around the corner from our new place. Has a pretty good range of produce.
This is a great little spot. Even with the majors closed in secret harbour this was still open. Great selection. Friendly staff. You have a chemist, bottlo, cafe in this complex.
Always like visiting IGA PK, friendly staff, well stocked, easy to get in and out quickly and well stocked butcher in the same complex.
Not to bad for an IGA. Don't come here here alcohol as it's always expensive. Food wise they always have Yorkshire puddings in the dozens. I use them for every roast and sometimes they are difficult to get anywhere else. The manager is lovely and the isles are laid out in such a way that you can find things easily. Shelves stocked and no empty spaces. They also usually have ice coffee on sale in the fridge section which my other half enjoys.
