Great little shop that stocks my coffee pods. Friendly staff and it's my favourite IGA

I am often at this very handy and clean shop.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
I also noticed Melanie at the checkout being extremely kind and patient with a child with a handful of change for his sweets.
Keep it up guys, your smiles are notice and appreciated

Big probs to Alex to manager for 12/08/23 for being an A1 employee delivering excellent customer service. I know it’s just an IGA but when you can show good customer service in a place like that it’s a great trait. Thank you again Alex! And the girl that was on the till, she had a bit of accent but can’t remember her name sorry.

My local shop.went there today.no baskets.no staff to be seen.they were all stocking shelves.asked for a big trolley to be moved to get into the freezer.male staff member just looked at me and walked away! Told the girl at the checkout.she wasn't interested.very poor!

Thought I would look at the sun on my app while at IGA Malibu buying milk and wow what a sight. The eclipse is coming buhahaha (my excited laugh)

Incredibly rude staff
Waiting in line with my baby to be served, another staff member walks from behind me in line, looks at me and puts his things down in front of me. There was another staff member that could have served him if he was in a rush, or politely ask me. I left my items behind after that, and made my purchase at mailibu fresh.

Cant believe how expensive this IGA has become. The price rises are absolutely discusting and they are blatently ripping people off. Theres no excuse for the very high prices. Looks like Im back to Coles and Woolworths to save money.

Will never shop here through UBER EATS AGAIN staff are uncaring and fob you off and say its not there problem even though they have been PAID AND HAVE YOUR MONEY!

Never again, should have waited for Spud shed to open and take orders again as this would NEVER have happened with then and that's what I will be doing in the future

Absolutely outstanding service and range of produce. A bachelors dream. Many pre prepared fresh salads and healthy meals, a great range of fresh fruit n veg (Rocket Apples-NOBODY else seems to stock them).

Ordered some essentials from here on uber eats.
Order was packed great and 100% correct, and complimented by a thank you note and a free chocolate bar. It's the small things that make a world of difference. Thank you!

Ordered several times and not always have the stock but instead of refunding me they charge me to separate amounts and it takes 15 days to come back so now I'm missing a total of around $200 back from them grrrrrr

I placed an Uber Eats order that couldn't be 100% fulfilled due to lack of stock. I received a hand written note of apology and the refund balance in cash.
It makes you appreciate your local store, owned and run by locals

Went here to get a burger. I think the shop needs a lesson on how to make a burger the lettuce was old the mince paddy was burnt not the best burger around sad thing is there fish and chips are good

Only shop here on odd occasions and sometimes not able to get what I want.prices only a little bit more then the bigger supermarkets.staff are always friendly and helpful.

Clean well equiped store in nice lil complex. Staff polite when I couldnt find what was looking for. Great deli. Plenty of parking. Be back again

Make sure you get your reciept and check the pricing.
Specials are not right at the till.
I was overcharged $35, and have been trying to get my money back only to be told the cant find my reciept.
Been going on for 3 weeks now.
Going to loose a customer.

It's ok, parking is terrible and people
don't follow the car park direction resulting in several close calls but the IGA is good to pick up quick items. It's expensive though.

Standard range, needed something at the time and it was close by, prices are higher than competitors such as Woolworths.

Had a great experience this morning the guy their was really helpful (non alcoholic variety) thank you.

I liked the opening hours coff this store, there is a large variety of food available here, you could always find several items on sale and the reduced price was usually more than 30% below the original price.
The store is clean and tidy, the staff members are nice and polite.
I enjoyed the experience every time I visited this store.
