The best shopping experience, when compared to the major grocery retailers in this area. Staff are friendly and efficient. Isles are well stock. Meats are fresh and sourced from WA farmers, where possible.

This would have to be the best set out and stocked supermarket around, love shopping here.

Appalled by fact that one of the managers is working whilst clearly very sick with flu symptoms

Check your receipt EVERY TIME! Consistently overcharging for items, often offer prices are not honoured and the manager does not display even basic consumer knowledge or customer service. Produce is OK but not great range.

7am open and decent range of goods it's an iga so you can finds things here you can't find other places

Love the selection of products, but the two young male staff members working tonight (10/06/2022) were absolutely appalling.

Laughing at customers to their faces in such a blatant manner.

When confronted they said it was an inside joke whilst struggling to hold back further laughter.

Actively mocking customers, is that the vibe that you want to convey at your IGA?

They're top rate in my opinion. Some of the best Australian made and grown produce of any iga in West Australia. I rank it amongst iga Applecross, Nedlands & Claremont. The best of the best. They could all use a revamp to their respective bottleshops and the prices are a bit higher than Coles or Woolies but it's hard to complain when they offer such a quality range of local goods and keep their doors open late every day, even on the weekends

Especially went during my lunch hour to get a pastry. I paid more than I would usually but was really disappointed. A vanilla slice that tasted stale and soapy.

Great local supermarket with everything that you need for home. Extensive range of good quality meat. Still a great place to shop.

Just bought a Free Range cooked chicken from IGA at Simms Rd Hamilton Hill and when we got it home it was so small
More like a Free Range sea gull.
Glad it only had to feed the two of us. It was nothing special the Farmer Jack's gull size chickens for the same price are better value.

Handy but pricier than others. Always, slow queues at counters on weekends. No shady places to park.

This place is wonder thoughtful and interesting shopping - loads of alternatives to mainstream foods - huge range gluten free, organic, environmental friendly items. But the best bit is the big non-alcohol drinks area. Seriously I nearly burst into tears seeing this - real alternatives to mainstream drinking at last! Thank you - so appreciate the care taken in putting this amazing store together

Impressive! There is virtually NOTHING you can NOT get. Today was my first visit, it won't be my last for sure!

This place has the best range of everything. By far the best IGA around. The produce is great, they have hot food as well as cold gourmet meals you can microwave yourself for lunch. Vegetarian range is fantastic too. Didn't have the best experience with the checkout girl who served me last time. Rude, dismissive and quiet cold.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Its walking distance from me so im there regularly. The idea of demolishing it for a larger shopping center is ridiculous. The traffic is bad enough with people getting hit by cars at the cross walk. More traffic from a larger shopping complex means more traffic which means more accidents, more chaos.

I shopped there on Friday and had a lovely experience talking Campbell the cashier he was very kind a helpful that is the peak of customer service and i will be coming back to shop again and can hopefully receive the same treatment next time:)
