Horrible smell in front this store n upon entering. Disgusting! Front entry patio needs to be hosed down with chemical wash to clean it!

Unfortunately this store is let down by 3 things. (1) surroundings - its in a 'tired' centre and quite uninviting. I drive past it to go to Coles or Woolies. (2) the entrance and exit are not inviting with chrome hurdles and 2 metre high boxes and display racks blocking the view of whats inside (possibly a deterrant to would-be trolley runners), and (3) its furtive-like zig-zag aisles over crammed with stock. The hot fresh food looks very appealing until you realise how exposed it is to people coughing and sneezing on it. The two things that keep this supermarket going are its friendly and helpful staff, and location for the local surrounding community.

Good shop, lovely friendly staff make the experience so much better this is the most important thing.

The beggars out the front is an extremely bad image, makes your customers feel unsafe and ruins their day. Management not done anything about it so far

Good experience the past few times I've been instore, but the fact they have online delivery is even better.

I love shopping here. Staff are always so friendly and chatty which I love lol. Clean and well presented and easy to find what I’m looking for! Well stocked shelves and fruit and veg way better than Coles and Woolies. I reluctantly took one star off as it’s very disconcerting when you have beggars bothering you for money and I have seen old people followed and harassed. I have been abused and felt very unsafe. PLEASE do something about this as it’s so very off putting. Other than that well done. You’re the best IGA for pricing than any others I’ve shopped at!

A bit of a smaller iga, but has all the necessities as well as a great pre cooked, hot food section! Staff are friendly

The lady answering the phone was absolutely rude and hanged up on me. I just asked if they had potato buns after calling a stockist who said they currently had just made an order and do stock it. Very dishearting that someone would be so rude over a enquiry.

Update: manager from the store was pleasant and dealt with the situation. Thankyou

The staff at this relatively small IGA are always friendly and helpfull. Their fresh produce is a lot better than the big supermarket chains around and their Deli products are always wonderful as is their small range of speciality cheeses. Great work.

Small store, but you find what you need, much better than big stores like coles and Woolworths, staff are friendly and helpful, especially at this time that some items are almost impossible to find, they do their best to supply what customers need

Not a big supermarket, so that limits the options, but some of the fresh food is excellent, and the international food choices are really good

Staff very friendly etc, good store, but if you take your own bag and try to give it to them to pack your shopping they look at you like youve asked them on a date.but they'll pack your bag if you buy one.meanwhile im trying to pack my bag, and pay, with people waiting behind you, so you just throw the shopping in.poor imo.

Support local businesses or our family motto. We loved their milk products, so many varieties in which other bigger supermarket don’t stock. Very competitive pricing, their cheeses always on sale as does the ice cream. Friendly dairy staff always provide us with when fresh stock arrived. Love it. Spend above $30 and use the fuel voucher; just around the corner as well.
