The girl that serves me in the mornings is always friendly. Store is a little dirty though, floors need cleaning.

There was a young brown haired girl on till and she was on her phone before she had noticed I was standing there waiting to be served, the store was also filthy wish I could give 0 stars, but I can say I’ll be going else where for my groceries.

Excellent Shop. Great meat selection, meat tends to be very well priced. Good service. Good specials.

The fresh produce including meat and bread is far from fresh. Freezes and defrosts anything he can. No pride in what he sells.

Great specials and nice staff. Got voucher for 4c/litre off at Vibe Kwinana and entered draw to win 65" TV.

It's a decent IGA, the fruit and veggies are huge! The store is laid out easily, it's clean and staff are always around. It's a good local supermarket

Fruit and veggies awful for the most part. Only thing decent I could find was packaged Brussel sprouts.

Excellent, friendly service, along with excellent goods, sees me drive out of my way to shop here instead of closer to my home.

Quite possibly the worst IGA in Wa! Over priced, out of date meat, bread frozen, freezers either warm or everything has freezer burn! Staff possibly very underage! Dirty store! I wouldn’t even let my dog walk around this store absolutely feral!

Some very kind and courteous people enjoy working at this grocery store. They are always friendly and smiling.

RUDE Staff arguing with customers over refunds even with food being off making the whole process extremely difficult and annoying, some items I've bought there I've just had to throw away due to them no longer being edible (ie meat). Don't buy the ice cream usually has freezer burns, pre made salads that are on sale are usually off, not a great selection of products as found in other stores

DO NOT BUY MEAT FROM HERE.they change the use by/ best before dates on all meats even chicken. I have bought numerous meat products that said they still had more than 6 days shelf life to then get it home to find it was already off.

I have also peeled stickers off that had been placed over other stickers where they had changed the dates.

A shopping trolley from Medina IGA has been left in the Oakley Hollow park - please have it collected

Fruit and Vegetables are rotten half the time or has insects In them and when u complain to the manager he laughs in your face. Do nt bother complaining to the managers or donating to the donation boxes the manager takes that.

It never has the shelves stocked. The common items always run out. Wish the manager would try shopping in his own store.

It's improving slowly, haven't seen any fly blown fruit for a while but still the odd expired products and produce on special so a 5 star rating isn't warranted at the moment

Easy shopping, but lately I have purchased a number of things that once home I realise are out of date. (Not best before, actually expired)
Freezer section isn't very nice. Lot's of thing's with freezer burn.
I will say they've got nice and helpful staff.

Understand all independent and different prices per store and government but prices are steep on smokes.
