IGA reviews
23I would like to know why you have used the picture of the art installation that the canning council paid for. It's on the side of the bottle mart. Not even close to IGA. The other end of the complex. Cheap publicity. Take a pic of the IGA, I dare you. Old, worn out, ghastly.
Aww the place has its up and downs but omg real bad for ppl out the front of the shop asking for u to buy things all the time but mostly jasmine that works there is just just the best person and respects u alot in coming into the shop so 10/10 on her work.
The store has all essentials and basic groceries. Not the best deals in town. Coles and Woolies are matching and beating the price.
I was excited on the launch of IGA rewards program and got myself a rewards card, but unfortunately one needs to get a separate card for each IGA store which is annoying and not sustainable.
Overall good store but room for improvement.
The store is in a dodgy location which makes it less welcoming and only for emergencies.
For an iga they're reasonably priced so it's my preferred iga storw. Staff here is super friendly. Not to miss out the isles are always clear and clean.
Out of all my years experience in retail only down fall to this lovely store is the front entrance is a bit congested. I think moving the bulk drinks back to the isles would make a huge difference. They need the entrance to tell a story. Where each item will sell the next one next to ut
The shop has just about everything you need, although not as massive selections like Woolworths, but that doesn’t matter as the prices here are quite good. The markdowns on expiring food is also very large, so look at for those.
The staff here are very friendly and patient, and the overall cleanliness of the shop is to a good level.
The only flaws are that certain things aren't well organised, and the entryway is a little congested. It would be lovely if the shop's façade had a makeover to better represent the shop's wonderful personality.
Nice little supermarket with friendly staff and nice pies and sausage rolls.
Beware - Lots of scabs outside.
The hillview Trc store has a great range of products the staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to see you. The availability of some products is subject to supply whims and can be disappointing but usually not for long.
Just brought some meat from here, got home and saw it was expired by 3 days. Went back and asked for a refund, they said they would give me $5 back. Cheap Asian management. Owner is a grub and will rip you off.
I would have done zero star if I could.
Friendly staff, although the convenience store occasionally offers cheap specials on great products such as dairy items, due to the size of the shop, there just isn't sufficient shelving capacity to offer a wide variety of products. Therefore it isn't the best place to do a weekly grocery shop, however, overall it is an good local IGA, to pick up those items you need at convenience.
Dirty and dodgey. Don't feel safe even sitting in the car park. Lots of people around asking for money or smokes and when you say you don't have any money or smokes they get angry. Also store needs better stock and cleaned up
I dont have to walk miles to dairy section i do like this shop handy not busy not fancy but still has good specials
I mainly go there for their flavour milk at a good price, cheaper than the other shops.
Only flavour almond milk, and some specific milks (rice, almond, soy) are cheaper in the other places.
I love this little iga, the staff are always friendly, nice and close to home, always have what i am after.the ONLY downside is constantly been harassed and asked for money or for cigarettes by the people hanging around at the front of the store.other than that it is a good little store
Grain waves, green tea connoisseur ice cream, and blue ribbon gourmet ice cream.all gone.they don't really pay attention to what customers want and they don't restock the best selling items.their prices are also constantly fluctuating, it's hard to keep track. But all in all its one of the few IGAs that try. 3 stars
Good stock for its size, and clean, but suffers from irritating, sketchy clientele. Have been heckled and repeatedly asked for money outside here more than any other nearby IGA.
One of the things I like about this place is the fact that they sell South East Asian snacks as well as all the usual supermarket stuff. Everything is well stocked so you shouldn't have to worry
The staff are friendly and you could get the groceries with dollar worth of value. Highly recommended.
Workers were pretty racist and making false accusations about me when i asked for a $20 refund were i had the product and receipt.ill recommend not to shop here because of its poor customer service
Great selection of stuff despite the size, definitly caters for the international student market in the area with great Asian food selection!
Good store for basic supply's, not the most diverse offering.
Prices a lot higher then a Woolworths or Coles.
