Shelves are very bare. Many products empty and even some bare essentials don't even have a spot on the shelf.

An unnecessarily big sign stating open 7 days a week until 12am yet got there at 10: 15pm and the doors were locked. Tried calling and no answer. Waste of time.

I have been there a few times to get food. Even though it has been ok. The shelves really need to be attended to. Always empty shelves and I always walk out needing more. Fix your empty shelves issue or you will lose customers.

Rudest woman behind counter serving smokes wouldnt acknowledge or help me and was very sarcastic wont be here again

Would give 0 stars if possible, manager barely restocks and on the 4/10/20 he sold us youfoods that had a use by date of 02/08/20 and had just frozen them and put a best before sticker on them stating November, absolutely disgusted

I did some shopping at IGA Woodlake Village, Ellenbrook and my blood is boiling. The gutter standard service hasn't changed! After spending about five minutes looking for the price tag of a certain item I gave up. When I approached the intelligence challenged pleb at the counter to enquire about the price, my intelligence was insulted with a litany of excuses. I don't want to know about your problems IGA! I want service! No effort was made to provide service that is mandatory in the service industry. It is not the first time this individual has offered sub-standard service. I suggest you seek employment in an industry where the IQ requirement is in the minus. As a consequence I will boycott this particular store for life and would rather starve than part with my cash. Here is a clue: fake blonde bimbo. I heard the minimum wage has been raised. What a shame!

Charming, hardworking, intelligent, helpful, committed to excellence - a master of his craft. These are the words I would use to describe my favourite IGA employee William. Not only is his customer service/interactions second to none, butt his trolley maneuvering abilities are carried out day in, day out with utter grace. I love you William.

Nothing was where it should be.front labelled one thing, back another and the product I was looking for was in a completely different spot!

The staff are always so awesome, and a lot of their products are either better prices than the supermarkets, or are competitive.

I visited the store today to grab a couple of items and I could not believe how well organised all the produce were it was laid out incredibly, it was like even if you didn’t want to buy any look that nice that you would.
All the staff are super friendly and happy one of the lads was whistling why are you work just about the whole time I was there which was great to hear.
I met a lovely lady named Louise who has been there for 21 years and was still super friendly and proud of her position so management must be doing something right there if they can keep a person happy after 21 years.
The whole store is this so well presented, clean and tidy it was actually nice this walking through and looking at the products and they actually had real music playing and not elevator music what you can get in a lot of the major stores so that was a good change.
So if anyone is in the Woodlake village area I definitely recommend going to the IGA and getting your local shopping done are you will be looked after well and truly

Shopping trolleys need serious work. And the fruit and veg manager needs to have a hard look at the products freshness before putting it out at top dollar.eg: snap peas for 20 dollars a kilo so old that they bend in half.really

I have been going here frequently for a while now and the staff have always been amazingly friendly every single time, great place to shop for groceries and hot foods

Always think I'll just pop down and get a couple of things but more often than not, what I want is not there. Shelves severely lacking and it's off putting walking down aisles with so much empty shelf space.

This IGA is an ok place to shop, the prices are considered higher than other supermarkets but recently they seem to be lacking several products or whole sections of products, so much we ended up not buying anything and going to another supermarket.

Got exactly what I needed, great service and massive range. Staff really helpful. Why go anywhere else?

Everything about this shop is just fantastic there is too many things to list go in and have a look you'll be quite surprised

Very friendly staff. I don't usually shop at IGA, but whenever I come here the service is excellent, everyone is always smiling and happy to help.

They're great great bunch of folks and they're always ready to help. Meat is always top shelf I have found and the prices are fair too.

Not the prettiest IGA however very convenient. Open when needed. Has what you need urgently and service is always good.

Clean friendly staff. Fruit and veg section is amazing.
No cash out before 9am or after 9 pm.
Opens early closes late 7 days a week.
Prices are average.
