Overpriced, poor quality and expensive meat, the old IGA was amazing, the new owners have ruined an institution

Open hours work well for me specifically weekends. Chicken at a compete price.

Great food and great produce. Convenient healthy snacks and lunches and many other stores and a pharmacy on-site

I was in the area for lunch and bought some chocolate croissants from the bakery section that were quite nice, some beef jerky which was standard and a spearmint milk. All were good, prices reasonable and service was standard.

The most expensive IGA in w.a, very old stock, especially the broccoli. The meat is of the worst quality especially the chicken and lamb. This place has gone down hill.

Was at the High Road outlet today 25/09/2022 around 12.30pm. The store was not crowded and I was glad. Wanted to pick a few items and go home. Waited at the cashier counter for 7 minutes before the first item was scanned by the cashier. Why?
She was really busy chatting and joking with her male colleague. Great service. Not!

Bad service, so rude. The mum more worse, can't speak English but spitting out bad language.

One of my favourite IGA's and i probably have three if not four of them closer to home but still go here. Massive selection and a great blend of value and choice. Sime of the best quality bulk value meat around.

Opening hours are convenient. Even when busiest the queues clear relatively quickly compared to other similar size igas locally.
The first place that's offered me a box for my stuff this morning, which is something I've not seen in a perth grocery shop - seemed sensible rather than "recyclable" plastic bags that come all the way from Europe lol

Nice little IGA, shelves always stocked. Haven’t needed customer service to can’t comment on that. My only complaint is the meat section, the package sizes are too large and doesn’t cater for a small family.

This used to be a really friendly store but the new people seem to have some anger management issues.

Current owner are very experience, helpful and family oriented.
The staff are courteous, friendly and polite. I've been shopping there for years and by far these current set owners are the best. Well done

I gave this review score because I am impressed by the excellent choice of fresh fruit and vegetables, which would be hard to beat in any of the local stores! All Foods Market is moreover clean, neat and products well stocked and neatly displayed.

Shop is quite a Pleasant Shop the shop at it now has a lot of different varieties of different foods and produce the staff are happy and helpful

The quality of the food is amazing, one of the best actually. The older staff are lovely and always so helpful although some of the younger staff are quite inconsistent.

Last night however, the staff member who served me is always consistently off and awkward. I went in around 5 pm, it was not busy, when I approached the checkout she saw me, she continued reading her newspaper article then said lol, scanned my items and dismissed me.

As someone who has worked in customer service and worked at an IGA myself I would be scolded at, you serve the customer service first and should not even be reading on the job. Please if someone reads this look into that staff member as its such a shame really puts me off this IGA.

Very few people using Covid App, which is disappointing and frankly, unacceptable.

The manager in this shop is very rude. I was over charged on one item, and request for a full refund. I complained about this over charge. The manager told me if I am not happy with the service I can shop in somewhere else, and she stormed off. She said I can go complain to any management as I like. It is a very bad shopping experience for in a local IGA. I am a regular shopper in this local store, as I always want to support the local business. It is really sad to see a manger bring a bad service to store.

Extremely poor service the workers are extremely rude and are extremely mean. I recommend going down the road to Woolworths or Coles they are much better, I am very disappointed in IGA. And the produce is usually smells so bad and its rotten.

After changing hands this local has increased stock and expanded lines.

Wow! This IGA is the best I've seen, with an exceptional range of fresh fruit and vegetables at great prices. There are fruit and vegetables I've never seen before and a far better/larger range than the big supermarkets. All the usual plus a large range of Chinese vegetables, fresh herbs, lots of ready made meal options, fresh baked bread etc. A large, well organised and clean store, I was glad I just happened to pop in!
