32Lovely little shop, they work long hours, the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Great local store.
If you pay with cash or even bank card make sure you get a receipt and most importantly check how much cash you give them, then check the change they give you because I've caught one girl that short change me $20 twice on separate occasions then another girl short change me $15. I could understand making a mistake but three times in the same week is thieving.
Terrible customer service from an Asian lady who was at the cashier. Said hello and was ignored by the cashier while she was talking to her colleague. Didn’t tell me how much the items were completely rude and ignored. Not happy
I recently had the pleasure of encountering a short Indian man with short hair who helped me in a shop, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with his level of customer service. Not only was he friendly and approachable, but he went above and beyond to make sure that I found exactly what I was looking for.
Despite the fact that I was a bit indecisive at first, he patiently listened to my requests and made some excellent recommendations based on my needs. He even took the time to explain the different features of the products I was interested in, ensuring that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
Throughout our interaction, I couldn't help but notice how professional and courteous this gentleman was. He displayed a genuine passion for his job and a willingness to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy.
In the end, I left the shop feeling not only satisfied with my purchase but also appreciative of the excellent service I had received. I would highly recommend this short Indian man with short hair to anyone looking for a helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. He is truly a credit to his profession and a valuable asset to any business.
Short indian man who has short hair terrible customer service hope he gets fired it was somewhere in the afternoon
Havent been for a few month's. A few good specials after intensive looking, a lot of items have gone up a lot.
Found out cost of a small shopping bag was $0.50 when i left shop omg.
Not rushing back
Convenient shop when they have specials you know of.otherwise prices are generally 10% more than top prices at the "big 2". Preying on the frail and ignorant.
Alright. Bit run down but clean and the staff are lovely.good range of stock however a smaller than usual IGA
No social distancing and lucky if anyone is wearing shoe's. The staff are great though. Usually well stocked
Shelves are over packed, Everything is over priced and the store is way to crammed. If you value your money and don't want to burn holes in your pockets, DON'T shop here.
Please accept your docket when you are asked if you would like it, and then check it, then and there. Out of my last four (4) visits to this shop, 3 times I have been overcharged, once by $11.20. The staff apologize and say tey will look into but it keeps happening and to how many others during the course of a day? !
I do try to shop local but it is so frustrating.
Few ready made food options for low fodmap dietary requirements. Otherwise generally expensive.
This is one of those little IGA supermarkets that stay open from 7.30am until 8pm every day of the week. They have fresh bread rolls delivered every day and plenty of continental smallgoods. Very friendly local staff.
Shelved Energy drinks are opposite cold fridges so often cold.
Sometimes is cheaper buying 4 singles from cold fridge then from shelves at end of aisle
Recently had really bad experience with store manager. As per this store on display of parsimmon price is $ 2.99 per kg, but charged as per each. When showed their on display price to staff and manager, they said it is $3000/kg. Seriously $3k/kg and selling $ 2.99/ each. Please IGA, have some educated store manager who can know some simple maths and accept mistake rather then explaining calculations in wrong way to customers. Very disappointed.
My fav IGA, good parking at the rear and front. Good service, I like what they have in store, I’m a basics type of shopper. Love the fresh salads, cookies, sushi and cream buns yummmm.
$ 17.00 for water. Same water same brand $9.00 at Woolworths. Must have sleeping on your back a problem with that dorsal fin. SHARKS. Was ok before new owners.
Friendly staff and always there when you need them, especially on weekend nights. Building is outdated and some stock is rarely available but they do have a good range of quick meals and fresh produce.
Convenient, the range is limited however its only a small store. Could do with extended trading hours
Osborne Park IGA. You are such a cute little store. The produce is nice and fresh, and not too expensive. It is just a shame the building is outdated. I almost did not go in when I first found this store, but now it is one of my favorites to grab something quick. The staff are always friendly and great at dealing with some tricky situations
