I love it, small unpretentious. But friendly staff & great range of goods even some Portuguese foods

Came in Friday night in the last 10 minutes before closing staff were very helpful and I high praise for the guy on checkout.

Staff a rude and disinterested the guy at the register needs to find another job If wants to act like a 2 year old infront of customers.

I went there last Saturday to get some water, I haven't any coins on my, the guy at the checkout desk gave one to use it, this gesture was very priceless for me and his comportment is very appreciated.

This IGA is great! Competitive pricing (cheaper fruit than Gilbert’s), has stock that some larger busier stores sometimes don’t. Staff are polite & friendly.

Quick shop, found everything I want in 30.shelf's were very full and stacked well.got to say I spent more money because of there specials.

No greeting no nothing from staff at check out, smiling greeting at previous customers. His act toward me was very very racist.

What is the worst experience in a shop than having a customer service member talking to another team member after refusing to even acknowledging you then waving your receipt in your vague direction. I've been shopping here of and on for 25 years. I don't think I'll ever go back. What a shame.

Variety galore great little shop for essential and certain European foods. And some of the younger staff are friendly.

Have great bacon and egg burgers early in the day if you get in in time as well as cheeseburgers of they don't have the bacon and egg. The bacon and egg is really good with cracked pepper, whole egg mayonnaise, and franks red hot sauce. Friendly enough service, homely vibe. Have what you need and lots of good stuff in the toiletries aisle like shampoos and perfumes. Cheap panadol. And there is a chemist close by. Good stuff in the bakery like pastries and cakes and a good selection of milk.:) thumbs up

Certain staff members here are incredibly rude at the checkout and make me not want to shop here, only reason I go is because it’s close. Always well stocked with high quality products and has everything I need. Overall it’s a very convenient shop but the customer service needs improving.

People walking round with no masks on and staff not even bothering to say anything. Makes me not want to shop here now.

I love this IGA because the employees are SO NICE! Every time I go, I am greeted with smiles and lovely conversation. I feel very lucky as a customer to get such amazing and cheerful service.

Small but well stocked. Some interesting Portuguese items that are worth a punt. Meats sliced to order. Average service.

Awesome IGA 2 minutes from my house, would be a lot better if the girls in the deli had their long hair in a bun or at least netted when working over the meat cabinet!

I've been a customer there for many years. The great place to shop when you need something after 5pm there open til 7.30pm and have friendly staff to service you.

So not happy. Several people have informed them to put non slip mats at front doors as is really slippery when raining.
My dad 53 yr old dad just slip as the floor at entry inside is wet, not 1 employee checked to see if he was ok or needs help a young couple who were going up the stairs turned around and went helped him?

Just spoke on the phone to a very friendly male staff member, so helpful i have shopped there many times, its a pleasure to shop there thankyou to all the staff

Don't buy the mandarins, they are dry and tasteless. Should have a try before you buy option. Very disappointed threw the whole bag in the bin after trying not 1, but 6 and they were all the same.
