If you are dreaming to build a house I would like to recommend Arthur and his team from Ideal homes as your first choice. We built our first home (TURN KEY) with Ideal homes and the completion was within the time frame they promised. Quality wise we never had any issues and their maintance team were quick & easily approchable to help us out for any concerns.

If Adam is your building consultant, then your dream for a home is gone forever.
He is the worst deceiving mindedperson I have ever dealt with.
Please escape from this trap.

Pls dont trust their false promises. Especially Adam has double Phd qualification to deceive his clients by giving false promises and assurance.
Not recommended at all.

Do not trust/use. Very dodgy builder.supervisor who doesn't care. Poor quality. Cheap products.ceiling collapsed along with cornices, running copper tube in roof cavity over vent holes which causing damage to bathroom lighting and vent. Massive structural cracks over windows, dishsoap used in plaster mixture for smooth application.

Poor workmanship. Moved in 2 weeks and found that pile of dirt/soil wasn’t cleaned and just hidden under the laundry sink. During replacement of the rangehood, technician mentioned that grinder was used on the splashback instead of proper drill bit. Built for 2.5 years and list of defects coming up after weeks of moving in!

I cannot thank you enough for making the process as smooth and stress free as possible. I’d highly recommend your company to everyone and would definitely build with you again.

The build quality is great and the communication with the site supervisor in the last few months was also great. The build timeline was excessive even though COVID and material shortages were a known factor. Both Jessica and Darryl were both fantastic to deal with and very pleasant.

Built my home (or tried to) with Ideal Homes several years back. It took 2.5 years to build, well over the 1 year we were told. The process was such a long one, and no changes were able to be made to the plans, that I would not recommend using this company.

Working with ideal to build our first house has been nothing but awesome! Although we faced adversity throughout the build, ideals professionalism and hard work ensured a beautiful finished product! We want to thank ideal homes for helping us build our first home!

House took much longer than expected but the outcome was mostly headache free. The initial workmanship is great however minor touch up’s are a bit harder to tackle.

Jonene & I are very happy with our build, we appreciate the difficult time we are building in but are grateful for the excellent result. Thank you.

The last few days was stressful and the people here at ideal home were great friendly and I really appreciate them helping me get into my first home!

Amazing journey building with Ideal Homes! Right from the start I was well informed and looked after by the whole team.

Aaron put in so much effort to make sure our land was secured until settlement. He also became someone we could go to throughout our build for help and advice.
