Great service from Steve at this bike shop.
We called in riding our ebikes & he spent time showing us various accessory options for our ebikes, then fitted the item we choose while we waited.
Nothing was too much trouble so we gave him 5 stars for service & value.

Called in for a replacement tube for my bike & Steve was wonderful enough to do the change on the spot while I waited. Can't get better service than that.

Really rate owner Steve's knowledge and hands on approach. On a couple occasions recently I've arrived, mid ride, with bike issues and he's dropped what he was doing to sort my issue and both times I was on my way very happy with the service I'd received.

Steve was a huge help with getting my fixie up and running. Great knowledge, prices, service and support. Will be going back again for sure. Thanks Steve.

Needed a new rim for my mountain bike, owner was quite busy, had a few customers and still managed to be extremely helpful and nice throughout the whole exchange. Will be back for any parts/equipment I’ll need in the future. Support local!

Friendly and helpful, saved me a 20 min trip to Giant Cannington by undoing a couple of bolts I had managed to bind together. Will go back for future parts and repairs.

Awesome service - purchased a Masi road bike here some years ago. Carbon frame cracked and they replaced it under warranty via Masi. Steve stripped old bike down and rebuilt with new frame.

Steve and the crew know their stuff. Always have given my family great advice on my kid's bikes up to my wife's and my bike. All the accessories like the bike racks, water bottle holders and lights are all going strong after all the years. Keep up the great customer service guys, we appreciate it.

Steve got my crappy bike in shape in no time - tuned those gears like a boss. Good prices, excellent advice, very helpful.

I went this morning after reading all the good reviews about them.and it's true! ;) The staff is really nice and they have attractive prices! They have done a real good job and even more without charging me anything for more:) So happy you can definitely go to this place.

Amazing service! I rang ahead to check availability on an item, saying I"d pop in quickly because I had kids in the car. The guy was waiting in the parking lot when I got there - item and eftpos machine in his hands! Outstanding

Friendly and fast service. The only bike shop that can service a bike in the morning and finished by the afternoon with great result quality. Totally recommend them (plus they are only 5 mins from my house).
