9When I 1st got this, I would have given this 5 stars. Easy to upload my medical information and contacts. HOWEVER, years later I cannot open it all the way to update my medical information. What use is it? Frustrated.

Honesty and integrity are rare these days, you can trust this device and it's owner operator. Get one for all your family members, you never know when they or might need it.
When I asked a question Via Facebook I was BLOCKED. I would not trust this seller and I do not believe the stories being told by him. We have passed all information on to the Office of Fair Trading
This is a terrific product and should be on everyone's keyring. It's life changing. The supplier was great, products arrived in perfect condition and really quickly. The sale from beginning to end was seamless.
I'd never heard of this device, saw an add on Facebook, liked the concept and purchased. Do yourself a favour - and do the same.

What a brilliant device. Give me peace of mind not just for myself but for my traveling mother (74) and my 2 kids. Seeing it has saved lives already one can only but obtain one and have therefore as it says for Emergencies. So cheap too. Can't put a price on a life but this is so worth having to save a life.
