The hot water works occasionally and then sometimes even the cold water isn't working.on going issue that never gets fixed. I'm glad I'm not paying to stay here.would not recommend it ever
The breakfast never changes so if your not into scrambled eggs every day don't waste your money.

Dis not stay in the motel but had dinner in restaurant not bad for price, it was an enjoyable night

Wow, the staff here are so incredible we were blown away. They went above and beyond for us during our stay for work. Breakfast and Dinner delicious. We will 100% be back.

Well established motel in the southern entrance to Geraldton. Still well maintained and reasonably priced.

Stayed here for two nights on business trip booked by my admin. My room was filthy, smelly, dated and in dire need of repair. Bed was severely sagged, kitchenette counter, desk and bedside table surfaces were peeling and bubbling and floor was so uneven I almost put my back out! On top of it all, only a 32 inch tv, no info on places to eat and no room service. An absolute dump, avoid at all costs if you have other options.

I had to be in Geraldton for a funeral and everywhere was booked out; the staff here when told of my problem, turned themselves inside out to accommodate and help me. The rooms are nothing flash, but it's a bed for the night, easy access to it and town centre for food. And the air conditioning and TV both work well and ensuite bathrooms are clean.
The staff however are warm, friendly and very helpful, will do everything in their power to help you out on your stay with them.

I was part of a coach party for three nights. Single room but felt safe. Staff were all marvellous and looked after us well. Breakfasts and Dinners were great. Yes the rooms are a bit tired but everything worked well and only used the room to sleep in

The rooms are terrible, dated and in need of repair. What a dump! Low budget accommodation at an inflated price. Don’t be fooled by the photos on their web page or accommodation web sites. You don’t get what they advertise. It’s the type of motel you’d expect to be charged by the hour!

We stayed in January for 1 night and were happy enough to book for a 3 day stay in August with another couple.
From the minute we checked in we were made to feel like the most important guests with a complimentary drink for being return customers.

Our rooms were clean and if we needed anything the staff were happy to help us out.

We requested extra chairs and a small table so we could enjoy drinks and snacks with our friends. The chairs were instantly there and when we returned from our sight seeing a table had been sourced as well, which was appreciated.
Breakfast was lovely and the chef cooked eggs on request

The staff, especially the manager, Gareth, were exceptional. The food was excellent, the beds comfortable and the shower good too. The building is a little tired but overall an excellent few days spent there.

It is the reception and bar area is nice. Unfortunately my room was terrible, not very cosy and very outdated. Not comfortable at all.

A little run down in the rooms I have stayed in and the shower area is a bit tight for room when getting out. Bed was nice and comfy. Very nice pool area and restaurant. Walking distance to the puma service station and very close drive to chicken treat, dominos and HJ’s. Would stay again.

This accommodation was booked for us so we didn't know what to expect. Turns out basic but very comfortable rooms, clean and well laid out. The staff are really friendly and willing to oblige. The food was fantastic, coffee could have been hotter for my liking but then that's just me. Over all I highly recommend staying here.

Room 33 is ridiculous dated.no heather or air conditioning on the (second room), peeling paint from the ceiling, the back window does not have a lock.
Photos on the website does not match with reality.very disappointing regarding room condition and price.
Although, customer service/staffs tried their best during my stay.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend Ibis Style Geraldton.

One night overnight stay. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and restaurant staff. Food okay.
Room very tired and basic. Lots of noise from other residents vehicles from 3am

Staff were very friendly and helped me when my shower wasn’t working. But I would not suggest staying here if you’re a female. I was harassed to the point of begging three times by the same person to drink with them while trying to do my laundry and it made me very uncomfortable, I had a large man bust through my room because he mistook my room for his and my door didn’t lock properly. It’s not the staff’s fault who comes and goes through this hotel, but I wouldn’t come back here only for the fact that I felt unsafe with the other people staying around me.

Stopped at the Ibis at short notice after deciding to not drive on anymore. They were so helpful found a room for me.
It was late but they said it was no trouble. The room looked newly renovated. The room was clean. Shower was amazing with great pressure. I would definetly stay there again. Thank You Ibis for your great hospitality and for beeing so kind in finding a room for us.

Basic hotel.
Appear to be upgrading slightly with some nice touches, but really needs a good cash injection.
Nice staff and was most impressed with daily housekeeping.
