ibis budget Perth Airport reviews
57Close to airport and major highways. This is a no frills hotel, its rooms are basic but adequate. The parking is free.
Very very good.
Amazing staff from Mgr to housekeeping, very helpful and clean rooms.
Ample parking.
Very close to both Perth Airport and CBD.
Good breakfast for $9.
Opss to KFC and hardly 200 mtres to Mc Donalds.
For necessities u can walk upto Caltex petrol station.
I will come back.
Owner allowed their kids to run around screaming until late at night, also there is no airport shuttle even though it is advertised online.
Would not stay here again.
Rooms are shabby.
Pillows are flat and uncomfortable.
Manager is rude.
Worst hotel in Perth.
The room. 207.had the tiniest shower toilet sink area I have ever seen. Husband refused to use it. Previous tenant let the shower water run out the door to the bed area. So wet carpet. Window air con. Noisy and doesn't get very cold. For $140 a night for 2 it was disgusting and spoilt the end of our holiday. Counted the hours down till we could leave n go to airport.
Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room. Basic ideal last stop, handy to airport. Good taxi service at the door.
Nope would never stay there again! We are Accor members, and they are high standards but not this place.etremely disappointed and would not recommend to ANYONE! It was disgusting.
A low budget motel with low prices for Australian standards. During my stay I have a clean room. The following problems has faced: not good connection with Wi-Fi and a very noisy air condition. Plus in case someone in with AccorHotels card, especially this ibis hotel not accepting your point cards to add or to use.
Dilapidated building.no hot water for 2 days and no info, not actually a budget price far below, dirty and smelly, carpets thread bear and raggered.ibis in Murray st, Perth around same price but heaps better.excuse is.well.it is an old building.end of quote.
Convenient location. Just outside of Perth CBD and 10 minutes away to the airport. Better not expect too much from a budget hotel (Yes! Pictures on the website can be deceiving). And make sure the aircon in room you're staying in is really working. Otherwise.
Have stayed at cheaper and cleaner hotels in Perth.
Specks of blood smeared on bathroom walls.
Room felt unclean and dusty
Top bunk bed mattress was far too short for its frame.
Shower and toilet are so close you could sit on it whilst cleaning. Worst nightmare for a germaphobe
I almost never go below three stars, which should speak volumes of how disappointing this motel is. Free wifi is extremely misleading, as they cap the bandwidth at one gig per 24-hours, per device, which the do not bother to tell you ahead of time, not do they post that warning on travel booking sites. My expectations at booking were extremely simple, wifi that works, air conditioning, and close to the airport. I couldn't get any work done on my laptop, as I unknowingly wasted my one gig on useless video, as I was relaxing a bit after my flight. When I went down to complain, the staff member had zero power to add more bandwidth to my wifi, making it effectively useless. The next day, the manager was in, and he tried to sell me extra wifi at $10 per gig. On top of all this, my bathroom sink was clogged for my entire stay, causing me to use shower water to shave, brush teeth and wash hands. Lastly, for what you get, at $140 for the 2-night booking, this place was a complete rip-off. Not even worth half that. I recommend to just pay a bit more, even if you're on a tight budget, and just get one of the better hotels just walking distance down the street. Save yourself the headache and do not book this hotel unless your only other option is sleeping on the street.
The online booking was very quick. Checking in was a breeze with a short ride from the airport. The room was basic, but very clean. That is all I wanted for the night.
Small room & ensuit but clean. No lift to top floor and given only one room key between two people, so one person went outside with the door key the other was left with one power in the room.
Room 416. The aircon is so noisy and not working properly because the room is still hot after turning it on
Neat and tidy rooms at a reasonable price and a great location, you can do a lot worse than choosing to stay at the ibis
Staff really friendly close to variety of food shops massive shopping centre within walking distance bottle shop bus and taxi services
