The absolute worst experience
Nothing but problems from the moment I drove it out. This place used to be amazing until change of ownership.

Amazing to watch this team in operation! Harry Patel and Craig managed a stream of customers like me walking in on 2nd January with tyre problems. Both were calm, professional and showed a 'can do' attitude to every customer. Chris came our from the back to reassure me I only needed one, not two new tyres. By helping me save money, they have won my business for the future. If other businesses want to up their service and methods to attract and retain customers, just sit for half an hour to observe how to do it well at this Osborne Park business!

Normaly excellent but today was frustrating and disorganised.probably just too busy.i can back a few days latter and the guys helped me out with another issue - yes awesome as always.was just a busy day

Excellent service. But the car settings uin the computer were fiddled with and the operater left his greasy hand marks inside the car's white upholstery.

Don't bother looking at ads, offers just drive to any city discount center to get the cheapest tyres, professional services. I paid around 60% what my car dealer was asking and could not have been happier and yes no wait.brilliant.

I was informed that I required 2 rear run flat tyres for my vehicle following my car service. I called & spoke to Harry & Adam from Ian Diffen.
I live in Bassendean but Adam noted my vehicle was being serviced a street away from his premises & offered to collect my vehicle once it’s service was complete & fit the new tyres!
I asked if I could pick up my car by 3pm & received a phone call to say the tyres were fitted & vehicle could be collected at 2.30pm. Very happy with the amazingly helpful & friendly service. Thankyou so much. Lori

Sensational and outstanding service! I called for a 2 tyre change and I was able to come in and have the tires changed right after the call. Great, friendly and courteous staff. If you had any questions, they gave very competent and helpful tips and advice. The price was absolutely reasonable, affordable and suitable for a smaller budget! Thank you for the excellent job done and I would definitely come back!

Great service, called in without an appointment, and got my tyres repaired straight away, very friendly staff, great service, and well priced, would definately recommend this business.
