I called up to hold a pair of shoes, and went to go collect them the same day. They knew exactly what I was after and were very helpful.
Brilliant service; the assistant was very helpful. We ordered a pair of shoes and they were delivered to us less than 48 hours later. Definitely would recommend.
I have been here this morning with my daughter to enquire about a Manager position advertised on the Hype Career website. Probably the worst experience ever. My daughter already has a Management job and is not desperate for a job, she was only curious about the position, but the way the Manager spoke to her was downgrading and plain rude. She has only said 4/5 words, completely uninterested and rude, saying they are never looking for manager, when clearly last week there was one position advertised for this shop. In the meantime, The employee that was there at the same time, spoke to my daughter as if she had no work experience and had no idea about how to approach a workplace to ask for a job.
I have been a Manager in a shop for 6 years, and I am in charge of training all my employees for top customer service, and I would never approach someone the same way this manager did. My advise would be to make sure she’s fully trained before she can take onto a Management role in a shop.
The girl working today in the morning was very helpful and knew alot about caring for shoes. Unfortunately didn't have my size in a couple pair of shoes or sold out. Would be good to keep popular sizes in stock.
