Had my first haircut in Australia– loved the experience and my new haircut! Shoutout to the awesome and nice manager and barbers. Will definitely come back!

So far the BEST barber shop I've been to. Didn't realize this was the barbershop I used to come last 2008. Great Coffee, Skillful Barbers, and costumer service. Definitely coming back.

It is actually my mistake to attend such low standard shop and deal with low standard owner attitude.
It is mainly the owner, rude impolite and inconsiderate, doesn't have any respect or even an insight to a code of conduct towards his profession.
On Saturday. I have went with my three kids, and because the shop was superbusy, he lost his mind craving for money. The poor barbers starts to be stressed and work under the pump.hence imprecise, inaccurate, chaotic and end up with uneven hair cuts.
It's like telling others, "cut your hair and DON'T TALK.no comment as we are busy. "
Surprisingly he asked why I am checking my little kids hair cut. He started shouting like.he also asked me not to attend his business afterwards cause i don't react for his business and accept his rushy attitude and unaccepted hair cuts being busy. (However am the customer!).
He also went too far and asked me to leave without finishing my hair cut.too improfessional.i think he lost his mind though.
Unfortunately, I have to respond back
I believe he was lucky enough as I was with my kids, other wise he would regret exceedding his limit.
My kids got freaked and had a real trauma.
I am dishounerd to use such a shop.
My advise Pay extra few dollars and feel comfortable and deal with a respectable owner and clean shop.

I will definitely report him to customer and child protection departments, as well as ACCC, this is part of my job.

Always crowded on weekends waiting time could be over an hour for a normal haircut.so come on weekdays if you can.

My first time to this place the only good thing was they offered coffee to everyone. My hair style was ruined not proper shave my beard style was ruined as well no neatness in cutting.

The cleanliness was impressive and instantly put me at ease.

Over all this barber shop is good the hospitality is really good, I have two complains to make. There is one barber that has long hair and its dyed and he has a light beard, I asked him to give me a v mid fade and to not touch the top at all. Mid way through my hair cut he pushed my back all the way up when i wanted to keep it abit low and i mentioned it in the beginning of the haircut to keep it low. Then he randomly took his thinning shears and started to thin the top when i told him to leave it in the beginning of the haircut. At the end of the haircut he said i was done without even showing me the back with the mirror as i asked for a v fade and wanted to see if it was right he was acting very arrogant and refused to show me the back but after abit of convincing he showed me and i told him this is not what i asked for. He started waffling and mumbling. And when i went to pay 15 dollars as they charge kids 15 dollars it clearly says at the front he said no i need 25 dollars. I told him i was told it was 15 and it also says in the front door. If you want to charge 25 dollars for kids you should change it. After all i did pay 25 dollars but as i said its only one of the barber the rest are good but this individual with long dyed hair with a light beard i will not recommend

Average service. Nothing outstanding. Besides insisted on cash payment and took 25$ instead of 20$, which is the price quoted on their display.

I'm really insecure about being ftm so i went in and waited forever only to be told they don't do women's hair, even though they have a sign out saying unisex.but that's besides the point since i'm technically a guy.i felt so embarrassed i just left without really trying to argue or anything.

Finally found an amazing barber shop in Perth. There will be a waiting time always but trust me it is worth the wait. The owner is extremely nice and keeps track of your turn and when it comes to the barbers so far Ibrahim and Ehab are both the magicians, they both know what they are doing and does the haircut as requested. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I will be very straight to the point? Get you hair cut from the guy with a beard and your hair will be perfect but do not ever get it from the guy without a beard even if you have to wait loner to do so

Nice customer service, the owner I guess was so kind and gave me and the new incoming customers cold water to drink. Because it was hot outside
