Hungry Jack's Port Kennedy

This is the third time we have not received what we ordered. It then took almost half an hour for someone to answer the phone.

Disgusting manager by the name of Esther, my friend went into hungry jacks for a job interview and was told she is too old as they only accept 25 year olds and under. Perhaps if they hired older people the food would be hot instead of COLD EVERY TIME

The food was as expected but it was very slow to come even when the place was not busy. There were left over spills on the floor that was not cleaned when the place was almost empty. There were also food packets left on the tables assuming there was no cleaner the staff should've cleaned the area. At the time of writing this review they didn't have shakes and ice cream which is quiet disappointing considering most if not all HJs around Australia always have ice cream and shakes.

VERY UPSET and disappointed got home to find that not only were our chicken pop's hard, dry and old but we didn't even get our 20 pop's, they were that bad they went straight into the rubbish.
Large chips HA both large chips weren't full cold and no salt and our burgers weren't nice either, we were very upset and disappointed we are SICK off being disappointed and ripped off by takeaway shops.
Hat's off to management they phoned me and apologised and told me that next time they will replace my burger just to tell the staff that my name is in the book, but no mention of the 20 hard dry chicken pop's but thank you very much, I really appreciate that this sort off caring service goes a long way.
So I got my replacement burger and still it was missing the crispy onions and some sauce/Mayo.

Service is slow. Staff seem uninterested. Good for a frozen drink and burger when hungover.

Very disappointed in the fact that we wanted shakes and ice cream but once again the machine out of order. Is this for real or just an excuse? Eight out of every 10 visits for ice cream in the summer months results in disappointment and having to go to the nearest Mac Donald's. You need to get a new ice cream machine.

They’re lucky i can’t post pictures. Forgot the chicken on the jacks fried chicken burger. This has to be the WORST hungry jacks nation wide. The manager Rhianna did nothing to fix the issue, except ‘sorry we’ve been busy’. Too busy to put chicken on the chicken burger? !

8.45am, toilets filthy, no paper in men's, tables not cleaned from night before, food on floor, toasted sandwich cold and soggy. The only thing toasted is the management! Stay away.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 meals then when we complained they had completely forgot our order (it was not busy at the time) they never compensated our time or apologised. We also ordered on uber eats and they did not include the iced coffee that was ordered with no compensation. Terrible “restaurant”

Appalling. No burger or cheese in the cheeseburger. Hardly any sauce, never ordering here again.

Stupidly slow as they forgot to make my order, finally got it, went home and found 1 of my 4 burgers was missing, had to go back, zero care given, no apologies, worst service ever. Never again

The routinely close but leave their light and signs lit up, people drive in there everyday and are told they are closed once you get to the speaker to order. I have no idea why they do it, stay away.

Not well run. Barely get our order correct, usually come home missing a burger or getting the wrong order! Plus if you order online and they send you a message saying they are preparing your order be prepared to wait forever as other people who walk in 15 mins after you, get their order before you. Pretty sick of the bad service, not going here for take away again

Who evers managing this place needs to get sacked every time I order from this HJS they always manage to mess up my order or don’t follow simple requests. Sort it out 100% worst HJS in Rockingham.

The dining area is disgusting and I imagine the meal preparation area to be even worse. Extremely slow service, and often the food is not very good. Go to Rockingham or Baldivis instead.

We were in Geraldton last night and enjoyed a fantastic Chicago Angus burger so decided on another one today as we went past Port Kennedy. What a huge disappointment, it was nothing like the Geraldton variety, the beef was not even flame grilled and the lack of pepper sauce was exactly that.totally lacking with the bun not even being part toasted as advertised.it was all just horrible and soggy.

We were so disappointed in the Baldivis one hubby didn't really want to go. We went to the Port Kennedy one and WoW what a difference in the food. Big thanks well do PK

Went on a Saturday during the lunch rush, it was crazy! But saying that, all our food was there and fresh

Just got home and we have been given the wrong order. 1 vege burger instead of 2 whoppers. Tried to call to talk to someone and it's just a recording saying "the call cannot be taken and you cannot leave a message". Worst take away experience I've had.

Must be the worst HJs in Western Australia.burgers look like a dog's dinner.and well known in Rockingham as terrible service and food.
