Can't get a simple order right and the staff need to be retrained because they have no idea what they are doing. Extremely disappointing!

Bog standard fast food fare. Reasonable prices and service.
Edit. Still poor service with team members ignoring you until absolutely necessary with no QA of food presentation standards.

Horrible experience staff are rude and arrogant needs new management food is chucked together with no care what so ever should bulldoze the place down and put something new there

Waited 10 min without being served. Guy next to me said he has been waiting 20 min to get his order. Watched a staff member walk out for their break without caring customers were waiting so I left.

Absolutely incompetent staff. Clarified three times to make sure there would be no cheese on the burger and they still put cheese on the burger.

First of all the girl on the drivethru excellent job friendly and clear made pe of the best drivethru experiences.

However I ordered a hunger tamer with a chicken royale as my small burger. I was up from 3am on Saturday on toilet barfing it back up and was sick in bed for my whole Saturday. Please check if that batch of meat was still good and the assembly of the burger.

So put up a pic n comment on a super cold burger i got at lunch 6th Jan 23 it has been taken down now is that because food should be served at 60 degrees C

Worst hungry jacks I’ve eaten!
Ordered whopper with cheese meal the burger was freezing and this seems to be a regular occurrence from this branch. Very disappointed.

Worst hungry jacks I’ve EVER been to! If u could give it a zero I would! The staff ignore customers, customer service is non existent in this place. No one cares! Extremely painful experience.

I’m not one for writing reviews, but feel Sophie from the drive thru section deserves a mention.
We have been buying coffee very regularly as of late and this young lady has the most lovely welcoming smile and her work ethics are amazing. Very prompt, speaks clearly and is very enthusiastic in her role. You are a great asset to the company Sophie.

90% of the time they make you wait in the waiting bay even if not busy.

Non existent service. The people working behind the counter will not acknowledge you and will not serve you. They won't even serve you through the drive through. Was waiting at the speakerbox for a minute. The car Infront and I just drove straight through and never ordered. They clearly only cater for the uber eats drivers.

Later ordered with uber eats and got the complete wrong meal delivered to me.

Stay away from this store at all costs.

Fulfil the order requirements.a d when something like pickles is asked to be removed, remove the damn pickles

Worst HJs i have ever had.
Super slow to make your food and it was not even busy, recieved my burger was very cold the cheese didnt even think about melting. Complained to lady behind the counter did not even get a sorry if you see this place keep going dont stop.

This Hungary Jacks, in particular, is the best without a doubt Hungary jacks I have ever been too, there were one young man in particular who amazed me with his kindness and respect towards myself the staff is well trained and this person well deservers a 5 star review.

Friendly service, although 2nd HJ’s where I’ve ordered a big bbq breakky wrap and not gotten a hash brown in the actual wrap - pay more for it and still get the basic //: hot chocolate was cold, not even luke warm.

Went through drive thru ordered three meals the girl was confused and did four meals and a single burger got three of the four burgers wrong chips cold first time there when first opened was fantastic so tonight we thought we will go again and was dissatisfied is an understatement never again
