Hungry Jack's Burgers Subiaco

So they forgot part of my order, instincts told me to check before leaving, I wonder why?
$60 later my whopper junior as pictured,
I couldn’t eat it, no effort putting it together, I would of preferred a vendor machine meal. The onion rings! Are they cooked in cryotonite? Seriously no one cares at that Subiaco store. We usually go to Maccas, we thought, I grew up with HJ’s let’s give them a go…. Yeah times have changed

Ordered rebel whopper with cheese. Mentioned it, confirmed 3 times at front counter. Got a burnt patty without any cheese.

What's the point, may as well avoid hungry Jack's instead of paying $14 for old chips gross to eat and coal burnt with no cheese.

Took to my wife at king edward hospital. Not going to take it back for refund.

Am I suppose to open the burger and check before leaving store?

Pretty sure if somebody asks for a whopper with cheese, you're meant to put cheese in the burger.

EDIT: It happened again, it's not hard to put cheese onto a burger.

I would love somebody to explain how this chicken jerky made it through their vigorous quality control

I really like the Oreo Storm. The Burgers are okay, I prefer Maccas and KFC. I find that the Jacks fried chicken is oily, Zinger burgers at KFC are a lot nicer.

Store is small so nobody wants to stay there. Always seems to be understaffed and the dining area is beat up.

Beware of the cops targeting people in the driveway service checking or paying with their phones.

Chips are decent. Got a deal through the app for two burgers also. Burgers were very dry. Buns were cold and stale.

Absolutely horrendous, as I walked in someone by the name of Demitrius Demarcus bartholamew James the third told me to go wait in my car. As that happened he came and smashed my window and then Obama came and stole my food

It took us 10 minutes for one drink and we were the only people in the store, we missed our bus when all we wanted was a burstie. Poor service, do not recommend

Food is good but the employees are useless. Just stand around ignoring you and take forever to get a $5 order ready

Is it too much to ask that the driveway attendants say please and thank you, speak clearly and make some eye contact with you? I understand wearing a mask us annoying but that is no reason to treat customers poorly. Not a nice experience at all.

Just couldn't get it together, incorrect order taking, no receipt produced for 5 minutes just in the drive through inside had bits of rubbish around plus untidy and service was very slow however I did receive what I ordered eventually. Was a stressful experience to say the least.
Food was great but service was lousy & slow.

No comments needed, good order taking by the lads over the window and they didn't mess up my order. Food quality was good for a fast food

Go to HJ’s. Pretty reliable in terms of service and food. Sometimes they run out of ice cream or the machine is broken.

Took 8 mins to take my order with only one customer Infront of me whopper with cheese was made bad. Teribble store run very bad

I seem to have more packaging than food, bonkers for a $30+ order.

Must remember not to go here again, Japanese would have been better for the same price.

The worst Hungry jacks service ever received!
I bought 4 classic chicken burger meals on the 22nd Oct. I only received 3 burgers and paid $69 for the whole lot.

First the manager says there wasn't a 4th burger placed in the bag, when I went to Hungry jacks subiaco to get my receipt of what I purchased for $69, he refused to give me the receipt and refused to refund me saying I was raising my voice.when I was just asking him time and again to provide me with my receipt and refund it. He also admitted on being à theif. I mean is this what customer service has become in Australia's Hungry jacks? I felt really cheated and someone who Is a customer service manager should not behave towards their customers over a burgerefund
