45You’d think if you have an app deal which included chicken nuggets you would have plenty ready to go but I along with multiple others waited 20 minutes to cook 3 chicken nuggets, they were obviously short staffed at the busiest period. The manager was friendly and you could see the people making the food rushing but Eleanor was not helpful at all, no smile, no manners, myself along with 4 other customers had to repeat and show her our orders as screenshots because she couldn’t remember and be the looks of it didn’t even bother to read the phones. You can see she wasn’t sure what to do as she scrolled (or attempted to scroll) through the screen to find orders with no luck. Not even a thanks at the end it was a here you go then dumped it on the counter.
I’ve been a regular customer for this Hungry Jack. I can’t believe it will cost you $10 cents to ask for one more little ketchup nowadays. Ridiculous and rude Indian female servant with headphones! Avoid this place! Disgusting
I’ve been putting this review off for two years. Never had a good experience here. Today the food was cold and stale. Normally something is missing from the order or the food tastes like it’s been sitting there for hours. The only good thing about this store is Cesar. I don’t know if he still works here but every time he saw me he was kind, welcoming and warm. They do not deserve Cesar.
I am always glad my kids don't tantrum when they don't get their kids meal toys but it would be great to not have to check each time I order the kids meal
Gave my delivery driver the wrong order (His fault too for not reading it), then I had to drive and pick it up, thinking everything alright. I get home and half of the order isn't there? Its a quiet Monday night too, ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered an Angus bacon & cheese burger medium meal for $15.60 drive thru. Arrived home to find the Angus beef patty has been swapped out for a rebel wopper plant based patty… if you can’t supply what’s been ordered maybe let the customer know… or you can just keep ripping them off. Btw not fist time this has happened at this store
Very friendly staff member who served me Wednesday morning while getting munchies after I met with Mary Jane she was late Hjs wasn't. Thats what happens when you deal with a mouth breather from half way up the hill.
I don't really eat HJs but when I did eat takeaway HJs was my preferred choice. 5 stars from me as they are alway open when I need a loo.

Average. Nothing outstanding. Staff were friendly. Not the most professional but those days are long gone. The floor was dirty when we arrived.
The burgers themselves were pretty good. Didn't skimp too much on the lettuce.
But the big question is how much more are us idiots going to pay for fast food? Some of these fast food burgers are up there with homemade restaurant prices. That'll be me, next price rise and I'll never be back.
Not happy with the food I'm allergic to tomatoes and asked for no tomatoes and I got one in my food I asked for a freshly cooked it did not happen and the going making the fruit proceeded to get one out of and still put tomatoes
First time in my life having a bacon deluxe it was quite different from all i've tried over the years going to hungry jacks.
It was fresh not chuck together done perfect as if done by a chef.
It tasted great and not just chuck together or oily at all just right.
I will be coming back to this hungry jacks.
Dined in the first time for ages, it was clean and tired.

Even when busy and the receipt machine breaking constantly, cashier still serviced with a smile on their face.
Ordered two ham and cheese toasties, a flat white and a cappuccino. Waited a long time despite being the only ones in the queue. Was given our toasties and then the coffees. When asking which was which we were told to check ourselves. Turned out neither was a cappuccino. Got another coffee.
Toasties were soggy and coffee undrinkable with milk burnt beyond recognition.
Would like to know where the HJ in the advertisement is - def not South Perth
Store is always dirty, super rude manager, burgers are wrong literally every time AND last time i used the bathrooms inside literal dead cockroaches came out of the hand dryer
What a disgusting Hj’s! Rude rude manager, filthy rotten store and very poor quality food. Why is nothing done about this place? Soggy cold muffins, burnt coffee? Seriously!
Often their burgers are cold and the staff can be quite rude. They are also no longer open 24hrs every night anymore.
Came and got a sticky date pudding for dessert on Thursday 31st of March around 8.45pm. Drove all the way home and found out the Sticky date was rock hard, straight out of the freezer. Tried to call twice to let them know (just incase it was a knew staff member who didn't know). They didn't answer the phone, didn't even have a message bank set up. Quite disappointed.
