Hungry Jack's Burgers Rockingham

Both burgers cold chips cold & rude cashier closed the window on me while I was still ordering food!
U just lost a customer!

Well set out place but my chips were very "tired". This is quite common and shouldn't happen.

How disappointing the pork belly burger was disgusting if you are going release a new product at least make it look and taste as what is advertised. It was dripping in mayonnaise no sign of pork belly. The burgers are not better at Hungry Jacks getting smaller like Mc, s.
Lift your game.

This Hungry Jacks had very kind workers, a large seating area, and great food! The nuggets seemed a bit different from the last time I had Hungry Jacks, but that's probably not Rockingham's fault. Definitely one of the best Hungry Jacks' I've been to.

Placed our order in store at the front counter. 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Shouldn’t take long we thought?
Well, 45 minutes later we still didn’t have our food?
People were complaining- staff were very rude and didn’t give a stuff! Heard one staff member say they were to busy to follow up on a customers order?
Watched one customer with an order of burgers and ice creams wait for their orderwhilst their ice creams melted. They complained and eventually got their burgers, demanding fresh ice creams due to the orginal ice creams were melted. Sulky staff eventually complied - funny though because we ordered before them and they eventually left before us!
So approached team member about the lengthy delay, she was pretty angry and snapped we are busy and rolled her eyes.
I replied i can see you are busy but i placed my order 45 minutes ago - i have a baby in the car with Dad and 45 minutes wait on 2 burgers and drink’s is not ok!
She replied with “I don't care”?

Great customer service guys! NOT!
So as it happens, drive through and uber eats etc get the priority so don’t bother going into the shop they are much to busy to cook for you today!

Worst customer service ever - yes i can imagine they are all stressed, but no excuse for bad customer service

Ordered through Uber eats the order was confirmed waited over an hour the waiting time was constantly put back I rang up Samuel the shift boss answered when he asked for my name the order was immediately cancelled and we were told there are no pending orders extremely poor effort.

Today Matthew served us, and was absolutely amazing!

Soo In the 13 years I have lived here I Rockingham and have been visiting this store today's service is by far the most disgusting ever. You have young staff speaking disrectful and uttering disrespectful sounds towards customers. $17 for a large double whopper with cheese what a freaking joke! And then charged me. 50c for sauce that I didn't even recieve when it was suppose to be added with the 10 nugget penny pincher. Then missing items.ohh and that young short boy they have there has no respect for anyone just the other day I heard him cuss out a customer while me and my family was there for breakfast he either needs to learn manners and proper customer service skills or let him go because he is rude.

The worst hungry jacks I've ever been to by far, if l could give it a zero l would, l ordered through the drive thru, there was only 1 car in front of me and nobody behind me, l ordered a whopper meal and as l went to collect it from the window l got handed my coke with no straw and thought they will put it in my food package then l got asked if l can wait in the parking bay. 15 mins later l received my food only to drive off with coke in centre console of my car and the lid was literally just place on, coke spilled all through my car, then pulled up around the corner to eat, chips stone cold, burger was half on 1side of
roll and half on the other 1, no severett or straw, absolutely pathetic and in my opinion they should all be sacked, it was 5pm, what a joke

Polite staff don't usually dont take to long to get your meal out there a nice undercover seating area outside and a playground for the kiddies.

I responded over a week ago.
The meal I had was enjoyable it's not often I go out and eat but enjoyed that evening.

Was surprised how great staff were, I don't go here very often as I'm not local.even the younger teenagers were very onto it and polite:)

Actually nicely prepared food, it makes a change from other brands of takeaway food, the staff at HJs Rockingham should be commended for their efforts!

Keep it up guys, we'll be back for sure!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced On 19/11 night at 8pm. I placed an online order and didn’t get what I requested even tho I paid extra for that. So I called the store to find if is there anyway I could get what I ordered. When I called, someone picked up the phone didn’t reply anything I just heard a noisy background and someone in the back said “ I’m on my break “ to his/her co- worker. Then hang up the phone with out saying anything. I tried to call again a few time no one pick up the phone. I wish I could give them 0 star. This gonna be the last time I ever bought anything from HJ. What a shame

Went through at an extremely busy time, so I wasn't at all surprised by the wait. I did have to wait an extremely long time, a little longer than predicted, but that's just the way it goes sometimes. The service was very good, and I'm guessing it was the duty manager, who was very apologetic for the wait. That being said, although the order was for hubby, and not myself, it was very fresh, and not just thrown together.

It Was Terrible its gone down hill i ordered that new spiced Chicken Burger did not look like the Advertised on T. V No Tray As i was Going to eat there and all run by Children no Adult there I was Very Disappointed and waited for Ages

Can't beat a soft serve icecream after a trip to the beach. But I should've parked and went inside. The drive thru was super busy.

The 3 chicken crunch burger we got were very soggy definitely no crunch even the wrapping had fallen apart from the moisture, this is the second.

It's okay it's pretty average it's good for when your in a hurry and very hungry but the quality and service could be better

After uber eats delivery driver disappeared with the order I had to drive to the restaurant to make the order which ended up being Cold, sloppy food that was in no way made any time in the last hour. Chicken burger meat dry and leathery, buns were soaked and soggy.
