Hungry Jack's Burgers Perth International Airport

You need to hire people who speak and understand basic, english. When a customer order a burger and says lite Mayo and lite ketchup does not mean heaven Mayo or ketchup.

First time in Hungry Jacks, I saw the picture looks good and the food that I ordered is so different (spicy fried chicken). As a franchisee, at least to ensure that the food that serves to ppl and the picture on the menu are matched.
The attitude of staff is good and he is patient, the same question, I asked three times since I was shocked and couldn’t believe the food I ate is the food that on picture.

The burgers are more expensive than usual and they don't have the full menu. To top things off, the staff are all kinda rude.

Supposed to be open at 4am. They are open and cooking when I arrived at 4.15am but the guy said we aren't open for 10 or 15 minutes

Quick service.
The manager advised me that the shop in now open 24/7.
Limited range on menu. Eg there’s no ice creams.
Plenty of space to fit.
Food tasted good and is the same as all HJ’s

I do not usually write reviews like this but Asian female staff at the counter is obnoxiously rude and treats everyone ordering like customers are there to bother her. Dated 23/09 3: 50pm hungry jacks management of you’ll like to review and follow up on the comment.

Poor customer service, didn't have a good experience. I don't like bread, cheese and sauce, but the staff said she must charge me at least a cheese burger then I can add the others. I asked her to double check with the other staff Because I bought it without a burger last night.she said she is the manager, she can decide this. Ok, you are the manager, you have this power.

Absolutely joke
Busiest time of the evening. Long line and only one person serving.

Maybe don't advertise "order on the app" on the tv screen if the store doesn't accept mobile orders

Not such a Great experience.managed to score Food poisoning after a cold chicken burger. I was sick for 2 days. The staff are always unfriendly and for some reason this store like to tell customers we don't do straws, it's a sippy cup. I don't want a sip I want a strW so I can smash down a coke.

Very bad experience. The customer service was terrible and rude. Very disappointed in the quality and service.

Got here at 12: 07 and they told me they were closed even though they are meant to be open until 12: 30. Had to eat the worst food through immigration instead.well probably on par with HJs but 3000x the price. Just wanted a whopper junior - girl behind the counter was pouring herself a drink from the post mix just repeating the same sentence like a robot.

Very rude customer service specially with the younger staff, we understand sometimes you maybe under staffed and be frustrated but no need to raise your tone and have unpleasant facial expressions. Being under staffed shouldn't be the customers problem. Please give the right training before starting work.

The taste of both the Vegan burger and Cheeseburger was not bad. Helpful staff explained the ingredients of the vege patty. The service was good. Cheers! (2023-01)

Went to buy lunch at 12: 45, was next in line and they closed and would not give an explanation. It was busy.

I ordered through the app. They denied and said we dont have that deal. You have to order from our menu.

The taste is ok but it's very expensive considering it's a spin off of Burger King which is supposed to be cheap. Value ratio not really there.

Refused to accept the hungry jacks app offer bar code at the counter. Staff was very flat and did not apologize. All round bad experience.

Grabbed a pancake and hashbrown on the way to the terminal. It didn't take too long and the people behind the counter were nice. Just needed to stand to the side to wait for your order to be ready.

Well done to Hungry Jacks for not “jacking” up the prices at their airport store. It’s very annoying when you see this at other fast food stores that open at airports.
This HJ store is not very large though.
So be prepared to queue up to get your burger.
Service is always good, fast and friendly at this store. And of course the burgers are indeed better at Hungry Jacks!
