Hungry Jack's Burgers Dog Swamp

I've got heaps of food from here and it has been ok. Now i order a spicy jack's burger. Chips are burnt. The patty is zero flavor but doused in chili powder. Surely with a franchise they have generic patties they send out.everything up til now has been good. What is this you are churning out it was disgusting.i will never order again from this place.

Made a simple order of two chicken burgers. Waited 20mins for the order with only three customers in the store at the time. Finally got our burgers to find out they are not our order. Went back to the counter, to the staff who didn't give two damns, and asked for what we had paid for and then had to wait another 10 mins. We finally got the second burgers to find they are cold and inedible. Staff were sour and made no attempt to help when asked for assistance at the counter. Each time we went to the counter to ask how long or for help the staff looked and walked out the back. Will never go here again.

Food was flatter than a Frisbee, infact, our guitarist threw the burger patty and it flew 1km! Breaking the world record and making us famous, long live St Kitts and Nevis!

I can say it's very poor service, poor customer service and the food are cold. There wasn't anyone but they tell me to wait at the parking bay. They give people wrong order and it's not the first time.

Very awful place whent to have a meal and had to use the toilets they where closed my wife & me are aboriginal she could not change my baby boys soiled nappies this is pure discrimination and I call on other aboriginal people to stand with me and avoid this place aboriginal affairs has been notified

It's not fast food. They too slow. Busy time takes minimum 5 minutes each customer at drive t.

This brother Anon the manager or smn he my guy man shouts out him great life advice, and burger preperational skills. Def coming back! Can't wait!

BEST HUNGRY JACKS EVER! THE GRILLED CHICKEN BURGERS re soooo good! The female staff were lovely.and I cannot recom enough.especially given how bad the kfc was next door.so happy and satisfied.whole heartedly recommend. 10/10!

So i just came through the drive thru and they immediately told me to go and park up. The drive thru is clear, so i asked why. She straight up told me theyre trying to keep their drive thru times low bro just serve your customers in the times youre meant to or adjust your KPIs! Im the 4th parked car waiting on food, just had another 2 after me park up waiting - we've officially taken up all the parking spaces out the front whats the point ordering ahead on the app when im sitting here like the rest of these chumps anyways?

This is The worst fast food I ever received and they didn’t give anything that we expected and order. Worst part is having plain burger… I don’t recommend this place at all

Totally discussed, my husband and I both had whoppers that had next to no salad in and was stone cold. I have not ever had such bad meals from Hungry Jacks and even had to wait was excessive. 14/8/2022 at 3pm

For those of You who want to believe Me. This message is for You.
Please check your burgers when its given to You. The young staff members are either not experienced or do wickedness by not supplying you with a burger that must feel like a burger. They refuse to add sufficient amount of toppings and you land up eating a dry burger.
I don't recommend the dog swamp outlet. Seems the owner has trained them to cheat customers.
Worse staff i ever come across.

Just had the best whopper I have had in Perth. Hot, fresh and put together perfectly. As far as HJs goes, this was top class.

Good service did notice rubbish had been left from previous customers on table and wasn't removed the whole time I was there even had a worker walk past a bit of initiative would have been helpful

Always have to park, even being the only customer in sight. Most times there is not even any parking bays free to wait in. Seems to be the s standard practise at this store, I visit several times a week sometimes and have to park 4 out of 5 times.

Am I mistaken I thought it was a drive through, may as well set up a screen and integrate it with a drive in movie theatre

I have been a fan of Hungry Jacks since they opened their first store in Inaloo as a child.
Yokine Hungry Jacks needs to step up.
Bland, no sauce, no mayo.one slice of onion. Half a tomato. One shred of lettuce.
Tasted more like a Macdonalds which is what it shouldn't.
A bit rich for the price.
Very disappointed.

Everything good.but the kid at the front freaks me out. He is so slow and awkward and unhygienic in appearance, I feel grossed out receiving food from his clutches. You know the one

So I went to this store at 11am on sunday 17th July and I ordered my food. The staff looked at me as if they were either frustrated or they did not want to attend me and they were just doing it for the sake of their job. The staff was extremely rude. I don’t know whats their problem but this isn’t the first time I have seen that attitude.

They were so backed up and slow that they had a pair of new kids running the orders out to the overfilled carpark. They were neither quick nor apologetic about it either. Final product was a stale, cold mess that tastes like it had been through a microwave.

Just don't.

Coffee is Never available after 1pm, they've either run out of Milk or water, absolutely unbelievable, yeah to bad if you do night shift.
New Coffee machine has been installed and yes, No Coffee available, still. Stale buns a common problem also. Avoid and travel to another one.
