The girl on the tills really needs to take notice of whos been waiting the longest.after waiting for a woman to order10+ meals with a girl who barely knew what to do I was ready to go up and order until this rude man just walks up and cuts me off.she should have said sorry sir but this lady was waiting first amd proceeded to ask for my order while making him wait.just what staff should consider in future otherwise always happy with the food and service here.

I got a whopper for dinner it was the worst I've ever had there was no tomato or beetroot.
All that was in it was a pattie lettuce and onion.

Managers really need to teach staff general manners. You order something and get interrupted with "anything else? " Or "What drink? " Before you can even say " with a Coke".

Stood at the front counter for 5 mins whilst staff and the manager looked at me but didn't even say I'll be with you in a second i was just ignored. Walked out.

A regular to this food joint always love the service would highly recommend for those HJ's lovers

The chips were hot but the nuggets were lukewarm. They do a great caramel fudge ice coffee though!

DUTY MANGERS LET STAFF PARK RIGHT NEAR FRONT DOOR - SO CUSTOMER HAS TO WALK 6 OR MORE METERS TO GET INTO SHOP.

DUTY MANGERS LET STAFF EAT AND DRINK WHILE WORKING.

DUTY MANGERS LET STAFF WALK IN TO START THERE SHIFT WITHOUT WASHING/CLEANING HANDS.

I HAVE RECEIVED FOOD POISONING FROM THIS STORE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.

I’m not one to usually submit a review but enough is enough.
So yet again another item missed out of our order, it wouldn’t be so bad if it was a side but as usual it’s a burger this is the 3rd time over the last few months. Attempted call 3 times no answer as usual.

I purchased my order through the Hungry Jacks app, and it was so easy to pick up. You drive up to the drive thru, tell them your order number at the speaker, then drive on to get your order. The first time they were busy and I had to wait in the parking area for my food, and the second time I picked up from the collection window. They really have the process down packed and I will happily order the same way again.

Worst hungry jacks experience ever! Seemingly Female team leader was yelling and rude. Dirty tables and floor. Food was ok, but the faces of all staff look miserable and unhappy, like I Owe them a big debt.

Love this HJS way better then our local at Aveley, Food is always hot and made with care.well done malaga HJS.

Just had the worst breakfast experience the food just falls apart hashbrown fell apart not happy

Was standing at the counter for about 5 mins. I was the only one there.none paid attention.finally had to excuse and ask for service.

What is it with HJs lately this is the 3rd place where you have to get fries to go with the salt! Now I do like salt with my fries but not a trailer load. No more HJ fries for me ️.

Staff refuse to open the doors even in working hours and told me to come drive thru with truck.

Stuffed up my order twice. Ordered large meal. Gave me small chips and forgot my son's kids meal. Didnt realise until i got home. Drove back. They knew about the kids meal. Didnt even apologise or reimburse for me driving back. Got home again, realised they didnt double up my salad and pickles in my whopper and didnt put a toy in the kids meal and i paid for the extras. No way im driving back for a second time. Incompetent and further training necessary for workers. They werent even busy. Nice one Malaga.

The king of burgers The Whopper is now not worth buying. Has shrunk and minimal care is given. Buy a different burger.

Always fast drive thru even at busy times. Staff at windows have always been friendly and efficient. Food quality great standard and tasty.

Poor customer service from staff, the meals werent cooked properly ordered a sprite the drink tasted watery and diluted was greeted poorly and unprofessional when wanting to change my drink. The staff looked angry and disrespectful and unprofessional.
