One of the better HJ stores. Burgers were juicy and chips crispy and hot. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The worst hungry jacks in perth. The drive through service is terrible. No manners. Can barely count cash

Last straw, will not be returning to this HJ again. Every single time I go there they get something wrong, and that is no exageration. I order a Vegan whopper cheese and ask to add heavy pickles. They NEVER add my pickles even though I pay extra for them, or they don't add the cheese, or they remove the tomato for some reason, and last night I recieved meat and didn't realise until I bit into it because I was having it in my car at night before my second job. I just can't justify going there when they consistently mess up.

How hard is it to just put everything I ordered in my order? Shouldn’t have to remove everything from the bag to check every time.

The ppl here don't know what the orders are. I ordered online said it on drive thru waited then he told me I didn't say

The hamburger buns were too cold, the added tomatoes were not spread out, they were lumped together, and even the napkins looked like they had been thrown into pieces and crumpled. I hope the manager trains his employees properly. Hiring a strong supervisor might be the way to change the overall review flow for the better.

Went into drive thru asking if they could recreate the Smokey Angus Burger. Was told they could get Cowboy angus and replace the sauce with smokey.came home only to find out that there ARE NO SMOKY onions or onion rings. Still ate it anyway cus im not going to waste fuel going back for a burger.

Went into restaurant to order and all the staff behind the counter completely ignored us. There was no one else to serve yet they didn’t even acknowledge that we were there let alone take our order. After a few minutes of this I had to ask to be served and was met with an eye roll but she did take our order. Disgusting customer service.

Excellent customer service and good staff. The burgers and breaky menu is much better than the nearby HJ. Keep it up.

Such a chaotic kitchen and staff. Very unprepared and not what you'd expect from an assembly plant franchise. Open food cartons andbread rolls again to check if it had onion on before serving waiting customers. Two customers came back to get what they purchased because it wasn't in the paper bag (while I was waiting). The one hand knew nothing about what the other was doing. Seriously poorly controlled environment.

Went through the drive through & ordered Whopper with cheese heavy salad & I got home to eat it & it was cold

Pork Belly Deluxe is nothing like it looks on TV. Meat is very grey in appearance. More like roast than the BBQ inference made on the small screen. Make sure you get a fresh one. Mine was soggy and the bun base was squished. We ate in the car park, so it's not like we drove for miles and it steamed itself to death. That burger was dead already. Ate it anyway, mostly because the fries were hot and fresh and delicious.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for my order of 2 big brekkie wrap meals. I was told waiting for "fresh sausage pattys" meaning they forgot to check the broiler and cook them, then when the sausage pattys were ready, "waiting on fresh eggs" this place needs some serious training. Thankfully the girl at front counter tried her best to compensate on their behalf.

I ordered the rebel burger, double real cheese no onions. I got two vegan patties with vegan cheese (one slice) with onions. I repeated my order twice. Still no where close! This is the exact reason I never order from a drive through.

Ordered food on 14 Aug 2021at 1255. Ordered double whopper meal minus bacon, collected my food went to car park to eat, saw a bacon in the burger, took it back asked them to make another one but instead of making another one they just took the bacon out and hand me back the same burger as there was same bun with missing bit on one side, the fries was microwaved, it was warm from outside but cold from inside. Didnt want to escalate the situation end up throwing away the food after spending $17. The two boys one chubby one skinny both highly irresponsible.

Service was great, felt very welcome. Food was exactly what I wanted and needed. Thanks to the manager Josh that handle my order and the kind girls Alice and Kaitlyn who I watched take care of my food each step of the way, very impressed!

Thanks for the great service every time. Especially the late team on tonight. This is why I always choose this HJs.

Used to like this place but one night ordered 3 whopper meals and only got 2 young bloke who did my order was a total amateur and didn't know how to place a bloody order, chips were cold and was bloody 45$!
