Hungry Jack's

Have been twice in last few days as I was wanting to try the fairy floss storm - both times the ice machine has not been working, cashier first time initially told me he couldn’t refund my app order but was then corrected by a manager. Second time (tonight) was an absolute joke, I waited 25 minutes in line blocked by other cars who were all tired of waiting aswell, waited at the speaker box - no response, get to the cashier window and while I waited I saw two employees at different points one standing there with an empty cardboard box and another with broom while there is at least 6 cars in line all having waited there for 15+ minutes, manager seemed to be the only one actually doing his job. Ended up waiting 25 minutes in line to not be able to get what I ordered so I left and waited around 3 minutes at Joondalup hungry jacks with the service being 10x better and the ice cream machine actually working. Management needs to step in and reassess as the store is a very messy joke of a business, good in the mornings but any time after it is a big miss.

Horrible management during the day. Managers slam the sliding door hard in your face before you can even say thank you.

They charge for sauce and never put it in the bag. When you check your bag and tell them the sauces are missing, they get really aggressive and try to be as rude as possible.

Can't wait until you guys go out of business and give up the space to somebody more worthy.

Worst burger and service.dined in and the order took 3x longer than going drive through.
Got an angry whopper and the bun was old, which broke apart as soon as I attempted to lift it out of the box

Stay hungry. Burger was dry and burnt on one burger and stale bun on the other, chips tasted stale and dry. This is not the hungry jacks with a nice juicy burger that I was used to.

I don't mind HJs at all, in fact most of the time it's been quite good. My partner picked up 2 x Whoppers w/cheese plus chips. This particular meal was not the best. Chips stale and burgers sloppy.

I just got a meal deal and the service was great and the manager was excellent in his customer service and manner in which he spoke was kind and generous and very professional. Thanks makes life brighter when you are treated so well.

I will never eat there again as my sister & i went there not too long ago only to be treated VERY poorly by the teenage children that worked there, if they spent as much time actually working as they do standing around talking then they mite actually get some of there orders correct.

More than once they have forgotten to give me a burger. The chips are always well too salty. Not a fan and keep away from this one now most of the time. They still owe me a burger I called about missing but I probably won't go back to even get it. It got as many as 2 stars because it is hungry jacks and I'm not sure I'm actually meant to expect that much

I went back and they put me in the waiting bay, deleted my order and forgot I was there and I had to go in the shop to ask…. Then they apologised and still got it wrong. No more chances!

I waited in parking bay for 1 burger cheese burger I ordered for over 12 minutes. I ended up having to go in to collect.

15 minutes on a Sunday morning for a bacon and egg muffin & a coffee when there's not many customers there. Pretty poor. Happened more than once.

Went through to get the kids dinner last night and received perfect service, fast and fresh. The brown girl who took my order (Samira?) was so friendly and helpful and greeted me with the most beautiful smile as with the manager who handed out my food. All in all a great experience, far better than McDonalds

Deserves 0 star. Waited for over 30mins in the DRIVE THRU. Definitely under staff (1 staff serving ALL customers). That’s an easy fix, the drive thru should’ve been closed that day if they couldn’t provide a fast service for all.

Can't help but feel that if the kids they have working there were not so busy standing around chatting and actually focus on the job they might get orders right, but based on tonight I guess we will never know.

My Husband just brought 2 bacon and cheese burgers it was dry bland and chips were disgusting cold for $25.00 not good value. Will not be going back Hungry jack's.

Got the new pork belly burger and it looked nothing like the photo, it looked like a cheese burger. And the pork bits were disgusting, they looked like processed meat that had been soaking in water. Very disappointing

Been here twice recently and each time we ordered 2 meals 1 Burger on its own and a kids meal. Got home BOTH times we were short a Burger! This last time the drinks had no ice and one of the cokes was warm and flat. We shall be heading elsewhere next time.

This place was horrible they were so mean to me. I wanted a raspberry slushy and they said they were out of it, then I asked for the bursties and they said NOOOOO. I was so so so so so upset by this that I didn’t even know what to do at this point. I just sat and stared with my head out the window and stared at them and they stared back. They ended up giving me a mango drink which was completely MELTED it was pure liquid. I am dumbfounded by the service and drink I received. This is place is absolutely rubbish.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a large chips and nuggets. This would be fine it was busy but there was legit two people in store and no cars in drive through! The staff aimlessly walking around not preparing food or anything. When I got the food it was not the greatest and made the 30 minute wait worth nothing.

Apparently its quite difficult to add beetroot and cheese to a rebel whopper.
Just tried to purchase two.

Went back again tonight (stupidly), they f'd up the order again. Can't sort themselves out.
Maybe go there if you like post mix. They do that ok. Good ice to coke ratio.

I wasn't dumb enough to go back, but my misses was.
And the arse has totally fallen out.
Chips are gross!
Burgers are better than what? At hungry jacks.
