Hungry Jack's

I was tryna get a double Big Mac deluxe but this Irish lady at the counter kept telling me this ain’t a maccas. This continued and started getting out of hand until her sexy coworker who I think was called Julian told her to go away and served me. From then on I vowed to only go to hungry jacks Belford for a big daddy Mac deluxe when Julian was working, what a legend!

I went into the store and purchased my meal that was fine, I was sitting down and waiting and a south African walked in and was having trouble with her card and the young female staff there treated her like they were a 5 year old kid. Secondly my burger roll was that stale it fell apart was really disappointing

The boss definitely needs other staff to take a leaf out of her book.

The best burger I've had from HJ's in a long time. Lots of salad and the patty was cooked to perfection.

40 minutes to be served (no apology or sorry about the wait) dropped my food on floor, offered to replace it but made it seem like it was coming out of his pay. Also you’d think ordering 2 kids nugget meals and a regular nugget meal they would offer sauce…

Service was very poor, waited for ages and it wasn't packed with people. Burger was slapped together and not the burger I had ordered. Chips were inedible, tasted like they had been deep fried twice. Don't recommend at all and won't be going there again

Yet again, here I am. We were waiting at the pay window for around 10 minutes, which is completely fine, but usually it’s polite to say “sorry for the wait”. Then she waved us down at the next window and said “14.60” handed us our drinks, no words no smile. Then dropped my chips in the bag and basically threw it out the window with an “enjoy your night”. Don’t know how many times I’ve said this “if you cannot be a polite human being, DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS! Ps: I think that may have been the manager, so maybe be a role model to the other workers and don’t touch your hair with no gloves and pack our food with unwashed hands.

Food presentation poor and docket machine not working so I couldn't get my EFTPOS receipt.
P. S. When your customer gets you to check that the Angus Burger has no onions they do expect that NO ONION RINGS are on the burger!
Edit: 4 Jun 22: HJ's Byford is a sad disappointment that has made me consider should I buy any HJ's or Burger King.

2nd time I've came in 2 weeks they kill it every time don't know why everybody complains they're really smashing it thanks guys

Sick of the coffee machine being cleaned 1-2 hours before close. I understand that it’s nice to have everything prepped to walk out the door but that’s something you start doing 30 minutes before close.

19/03/22 ordered ultimate double whopper meal and double whopper meal. Double whopper meal was not even warm, ultimate whopper meal had bacon that looked old as the hills so I took it back and got another which had a wet bun so it went straight in the bin. They don't deserve the 1 star I gave

Absolutely the worst Whopper and fries I have EVER eaten!
The Whopper was a mayo burger and the chips were cold and dried out.so disappointed and the crappiest service.never again!

Burger joints generally get my order wrong. HJ Byford has had it right every time, even when it's busy and always fresh! Good job guys!

Poor choice. Waited over 5 minutes for an over priced Angus with peppercorn. Peppercorn was barely existent as was the tomato

Absolute filth. Wasn’t busy, still took ten minutes to receive order even though people after me got their orders first, burger was missing pickles, ketchup and a slice of cheese. Manager in store also. This is why o have HJs once in a blue moon. Avoid this dump.

The worst slowest drive thru service, and seems to be consistent. Joined queue and placed online order, 4 cars back. Spent 20min to get to the window, then a further 3min at the window. And the food was barely warm

Normally you expect young staff starting out in life to prepare your meal and you generally hope for the best.

Today I saw a manager overseeing the staff and keeping things on track and moving.

Good burger onion rings arnt as good as the old ones wont order them again service was good and quick
