Kept me waiting for 15 minutes whilst car and car and lerson and person were served.go up to the counter to ask how much longer o sorry I have that sitting right here.and has been for over 10 mins freezing cold food no care given absolute joke, what will come of this nothing cause they do not care about there customers

Just like McDonalds this place has plenty of yummy food and burgers to choose from and has built up a much better reputation than in the early days and has all the customers it can handle. Back then their french fries were no better than McDonalds'. But now they are a golden and tastier thicker steak cut size. Great fries.

All fast food places should have cleanliness and amenities clean, wait time soooo long for food, not worth the wait.

Self ordering screens were very dirty which does not give a great impression. Tables dirty. A shame as I do enjoy the occadional HJ burger.

When the hired helpers IQ's collectively added up amounts to the same as the piece of cheese left out of the already bare burger we onto a winner whoohooo at least they where fresh and tasty

Ordered the new popcorn chicken and chips. Everything was very cold a d chicken while cooked had no coating. Husband had a burger and said it was good but cold chips too.

Laila working at drive thru was very friendly and the best customer service I’ve had at a drive thru ️

Extremely poor service. Drive thru was a joke. We were put into waiting bay after ordering a family deal which was ok (we were the only car waiting) however we waited 20 minutes. The store person was walking around to cars with someone order asking if it was theirs but when someone said no she kept hasseling the person to take it even though it was someone else's order. Finally after having enough of waiting we went in and they had not even started it, and we doing other cars orders. What an absolute joke, talk about disorganised, poor training and poor customer service. We ended up going to McDonald's and within 5 minutes we had out order. Steer clear from Hungry Jack's Joondalup if your after quick efficient service.

Wouldn’t bother going back.
Went through last week and got a meal drive home and realise it’s completely wrong. Call up and they offer a replacement next time I come down.

Go to get said replacement wait on drive through over 10 mins park to check it’s right and it’s the wrong one again go Back in drive through wait over 15 mins, tell them it’s wrong again and park to settle the kids, it comes out I go to open it and it’s the same wrong bloody burger:

Go in store they give the right burger and it’s rubber and the chicken has obv been sitting for hours and is in not edible. Will not come back

Food gets prepared immediately even with a long queue.

Food and drinks were nice. The only issue I had was with workers acting very childish. 1 looked like a manager and the other worked in the kitchen, he should've been sent home or fired. The whole time I was there a shorter lady who also looked like a manager was trying to get things done and every time she said something they would mock her, she than went to the other manager and was mocked by her as well. My kids aren't even that petty, both workers really need to grow up and the petty manager needs to be trained on how to actually be a manager. Not sure how a restaurant manager could hire such immature workers.

Unprofessional and extremely rude staff. Store closed 10 mins early than close timing. I was already in the drive through to order my meal (rushed there after finishing my job) when they slam shut the store. Turned the lights off when i was already saying my order. Girl didn’t even listened to me what i am saying. When i drove to the window to say that its still 10 mins to close, the girl was standing there and she looked at me and ran away.
Totally unacceptable behaviour.

I don't have HJ's often but haven't been disappointed with this one. Have only gone through drive-thru though so can't comment on the interior.

Useless, waited over an hour for you to complete a order eats order. When it arrived it was wrong. How hard can it possibly be

All the staff are lovely and friendly especially Jordan who took our order, he seemed happy to work. The food was made well and came out quickly.

Horrible, they serve a customer every 10 minutes and are just screaming at there employees.if you are going to this hungry jacks the burgers aren't better there.

I dined in at joondalup store and notice one staff member wearing thongs and another young man with long curly hair with no hair net as I have worked in many fresh food departments in my time and I'm very big on health and safety this was not a good look

Order wrong, ordered 3 value meals got 2.
Staff did nothing to move a group away from the one and only order station.
Display board lacks a lot of information about simple stuff, glad we only bring grandkids once a year, definitely looking for an alternative

There's one really quirky and energetic guy who does drive thru and he is a credit to the store. For whatever reason this store is a bit slow with the orders, often have to sit in the waiting bay whenever I get something, moreso than other branches. Even during off peak periods!
