By far one of the worst hungry jacks in perth no cleanliness and zero customer service still waiting for food been 40+ mins while watching a cockroach roam free in the store just Amazing!

Last night, we felt like a little something sweet after our woeful Italian dinner. We'd agreed on a simple, basic ice cream cone from HJ's.

We opted for HJ's because we know that they're more generous with their ice cream than Macca's. But.never in a million years were we prepared for the monster serves we received.

We got 2 soft serve cones that had a combined weight of about 2KGs. These bad boys were heavy, and the ice cream was firm and dense. Given that we were unprepared for the level of commitment required to finish these icy delights, I drove out of the carpark with the intention of driving around until we finished these cones.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that it took us a good 20 minutes to finish. By the end, my tongue and jaw were aching, and I'd spent about 20 bucks in petrol.

Kudos to this Hungry Jacks. You get 5 stars from me.

Went through drive thru yesterday to get a Caroline whopper. We don't have any. What next no chips? So just drove straight thru getting nothing

Upon arriving, I was impressed with the clean and modern appearance of the restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient, taking my order quickly and providing me with a receipt.

I decided to try the "Whopper Meal, " which comes with a flame-grilled beef patty, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mayo, all on a sesame seed bun. The meal also included a side of fries and a soft drink.

When my meal arrived, I was pleased to see that the burger was nicely presented, with fresh, crisp lettuce and tomato slices. The patty was cooked to perfection, with a slightly smoky flavor that added a nice touch. The bun was soft and held together well throughout the meal. The fries were hot and crispy, and had just the right amount of salt.

I asked the names of the chaps that made my meal, and there names were Jensikan Selvarjah and Muhammud Muhammud.

Overall experience 5/5, would definitely go again!

Upon arriving tonight at 7.25pm in a quiet and non busy service, we stood in front of the till. A young girl is doing something on the till (I think she's the manager) so I was expecting to be acknowledged at least or an eye contact/smile as a gesture. After 5 minutes of standing there after finishing what she's doing, she didn't even look at us or said anything but instead went to packing meals. There were 2 other staff inside the kitchen talking, and 1 service crew serving an uber driver. It looks like all of them are uninterested and is just ignoring us so we left. Staff needs training on customer service. (Especially the manager if it was really her). Othwrwise, don't bother.

Convenient and was on the way home from diverted traffic jam on Nicholson road. Always great to have HJ's and this store was close by.

Service was great I didn't take a photo I should have but the ice cream cone I got literally the ice cream was double the size of the cone and it looked like an art form could be specific to the server but it was absolutely awesome the burgers were fine made correctly I mean to my knowledge also got a caramel Sunday and that was once again filled up amazingly with a great balance of caramel sauce. I guess that's it I mean when they get your desert correct you gotta be happy about that at least hahaha

You may get the rare good experience at this store depending on what day/time you go, but I've had too many bad experiences here and tonight was the absolute worse. I ordered two 6 chicken nugget kids meals, one with onion rings and one with chips, and they were generally ok (got the order right and food was average). Unfortunately I ordered myself an ultimate double whopper meal (Large) with onion rings. The onion rings were missing, ordered through uber eats, and the burger itself was God awful the bread was stale and dry, the patties were well overcooked, and the Mayo tasted absolutely rancid. It literally made me feel physically ill.

Honestly, if you want good hjs that is usually pretty decent in quality and at getting your order right, go to gosnells. Almost always I've had a good experience there.

Why tf is the restaurant closed before the hours stated on here, but the drive-thru still open?

My friend and I ordered large cappuccino and large flat white on 12/10 about lunchtime. The worst coffee ever. Super bland and watery. What a waste of money! I'm writing this review at Hungry Jack's Carousel drinking flat white, which tastes much better with foamy top.

Although the staff try to be nice, the food last couple of times has come out cool and the produce (salads) was not fresh. The dining area is always dirty and very much overdue for a renovation

Good service, good snacks, good prices. Be nice if they would have a daily newspaper like before the pandemic.

Regularly have green tomato on burgers.
Burgers look like they were assembled by throwing the ingredients against the wall and scrapping it off the floor

Left a whole meal out.absolutely stone cold.my dinner too the kids. I'm a diabetic needing too eat. Down for a holiday/medical reasons.expected us too pay for a uber too get the rest of meal. Menulog don't refund straight away. Now left too order another meal.

Went drive thru at 6pm and got. 'We have No beef'? Hungry jacks with no beef is like KFC with no chicken.shut the shop up and close early.

Review for uber eats- no longer open from 6am everyday for deliveries but status is still open on the business profile. Used to order breakfast; presentation and packaging used to be messy, ignoring instructions and missing items. Dump tons of mayo on burgers which makes the burger buns soggy.

Don't bother going here, absolutely terrible burger, dry chicken, no mayo or salad, waste of time and money.

Ordered a Bacon Double Cheese Burger via drive through. Get home (2 minutes) Burger is cold, Bacon cardboard

Ordered 2 large combos with chips plus two large onion rings. Missed the chips. Didn't include utensils as specifically requested, burgers falling apart and staff are increciy rude, they don't even bother to look at you at the pay Window, just holds the atm out the window and they barely do more than that at the food service window.

Hungry jacks thornlie where to start filthy tables and absolutely shocking service took over one hour to be serviced the food we’d asked for it to be dine in thinking we’d get table service but had to go find our food ourself and it was stone cold by the time we got it so god knows how long it had been sitting for.we will not be returning.
