Even this Hungary Jack's is small, it is very clean.
Food is the same as other stores. The fries very salty though!

This Hungryjacks have cut down newspaper, I am not very happy about that. I used to come to grab breakfast and read paper. I feel they are very petty with their service for cutting something down like a newspaper

DoorDash policy doesn’t require the drivers to have hot bags when picking up orders, yet the manager refused to let me pick up an order, thus wasting my time and money.

Honestly the worst hungry jacks in the area. Burgers are always cold, always made terribly and the service is always terrible. Coming from someone who used to work for HJ's as a teenager I know the standards the burger etc should meet and this ain't it. Also breakfast wraps from here look like a blind, 1 legged dog made it. They also make 90% of cars park for no damn reason.

I ordered a burger and asked for it fresh. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait which ended up only being around 7 minutes. I parked and had a few bites and there was raw meat in my burger. I went back to get a new one and then some sort of manager or something was holding the same burger back to me saying that’s “how i asked for it”. I said no I asked for it fresh and she kept yelling and arguing until she agreed to get me another one. She was very hostile and rude and tried to blame me for getting a raw burger? I asked for it fresh as in hot, not fresh as in raw meat.

The whole time I was speaking in a nice manner with the other staff and her but she instantly had a rude and loud tone.

Not happy. Whoever this older lady manager was working today at around 1-1: 30 has terrible customer service.

Rating my food a 2 because I'm pregnant and can't risk eating coldish food. Fortunately my husband had a hot meal so that was a bonus. We were too busy to turn around and ask for a remade meal. However, best HJ's we've had since being here and we don't like HJ'S often.

Just bought 4 hunger tamers and 2 kids meals from here and 2 small burgers and 2 lots of nuggets from the hunger tamers have been left out and also gave us stale chips this has happened to me before items being left out also they’re shocking because they also told us to wait in the waiting bay

Gave me sevre food poisoning. Very unimpressed. Years ive liked hungry jacks and my first time coming to this one I end up vomiting at the beach and attempting to drive myself home, stopping 3 times to vomit. Luckily made it home before it got worse, I can't believe it. Ruined what was a fantastic day off the mum life, spent the whole rest of the day and next morning spewing out both ends!

This is my bacon deluxe burger pretty much no bacon and kids cheeseburgers were dry been there a few times before and never happy with there food will not go here again. Gave them enough chances now

Ordered grilled chicken burger, there was barely any chicken in it, so dry and over cooked.it never used to be that bad.

Ethan is a very rude guy.
I won’t go back anymore.
I was there with my 4 children and rather than been helpful was very unprofessional.

Sat for 15 minutes waiting for food, seen three other people come in after me and leave before. All I want is a barbie q cheeseburger.

Maybe don’t argue with customer about their order. If you don’t hear what they said simply correct the order rather than constantly arguing about what was said.

Thanks to your very rude customer service, you have now lost a regular customer of this store.

This isn’t the first time this store has acted in this way and would assume maybe checking the management as this behaviour normally stems from the top.

Who the hell is that little blonde girl?
Literally argued with me because she thought I said a double whopper with cheese and not a whopper with cheese, why argue just change it, if you misheard no problem it's not an issue but to argue with me saying that I said double and not want to change the order is unbelievable. SHE NEEDS SEVERE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OR SHOWN THE DOOR, DISGUSTING ATTITUDE.

*AVOID* 15 min wait for a breaky wrap with no sauce. Then get a breaky wrap with sauce. I returned it and and left as quick as possible. Didn't bother with refund as I wasnt given a receipt anyway, I could not justify the torture any longer.

Ordered a poppin feast through the drive through at a very quiet time, had to wait about ten minutes for them to make the order then drove two minutes home to find out everything was cold and stale. Best thing to do with a poppin feast from this place is to pop it in the bin. Disgusting.

Very disappointed that the West Coast Eagles comp entries they gave me say entries close 11 Aug. Went online today to enter, comp closed this morning.

Had young fella Jack serve me. Fantastic service by this young buck. Mayo in my burger was a bit saltier and stickier than usual, probably the produce of his enormous red wood.

Need to be more polite to their costumers as they just ignore them without a 'thank you'. The food is great would recommend going but I hope this issue is fixed.
