Onion rings that looked 2 days old the rest of food lukewarm cause staff didnt give it to us in timely fashion n wasnt very busy suggest go to another HJs

Recently went to HJs. Doors were closed so had to use the drive through service and was stuck in a queue at drive through for over 20 minutes. It appears the delivery drivers also use the drive through and we’re taking very long time to fill their orders. When we finally got our food it was cold! Recommend using alternative take away options in future.

Cold nuggets and burger patty half there all just a mess a hole lot of money for slop very disappointing

Do not come here, staff are very incompetent. Asked for a Iced Long Black to 3 different staff. 2 made it exactly the same way, adding boiling water at the end. Super rude.

The burgers used to be better at Hungry Jacks, now they are just very ordinary. I got all the way home before I discovered they hadn’t even included the tomatoes on my burgers. I suggest to everyone contemplating buying anything at the Gosnells Hungry Jacks store that they personally get the manager to check every item on their order before they travel all the way home, it might just save them a long trip back.

Better to remove this off menu. Paid 10bucks for these 3 pieces of chicken.

Worst fast place I have seen. No customer service. Manager was super rude. Don’t waste your money in this store.

Just ordered, ask for fresh but unfortunate nothing comes fresh has to return everything after 10mins waits and then got all food fresh in another 15m8ns but no managers or team crew knows how to assemble whopper waste of time n waste of money

There was a staff member by the name Salma working at this Branch who was very kind to us being seniors and who was very keen to help us know many things and how to go about achieving it. We were very Happy to have met her. With people like her around We are sure Hungry Jacks will go a long way to becoming a great place to come to. God Bless.

Okay service but the past 2 times I order the BACONATOR but I received the bacon deluxe.
My only concern is that I may have paid for the baconator which costs more than bacon deluxe

Called through and grabbed a Big BBQ Breaky wrap and it was it fantastic.
Unfortunately it's always a bit of a lucky draw whether or not you get a decent feed.

Not bad, but I think staff are undertrained. Meal did not come with serviettes and I had to ask for a (paper) straw.

Once again being asked to park no one in restaurant or drive through waiting 25mins for my meal even tho I ordered online.

Hello Mr. Gosnells. I am very angry. I want burger! But you guys only had hungry jacks.not burger. Jack did NOT look very hungry 3 stars. But.i will admit i got hungry and ate a whopper and it was big. 5 stars

Who makes their customers wait for more than 40 mins? Not blaming the kids behind the wall but, the management needs replacement.

I like HJ's, but like everything else it's getting pretty expensive for fast food & alot of the burgers are small but still very tasty.

Ordered two hot drinks and had to wait a considerable amount of time to receive them. They weren't even busy at this time either so can't understand what took so long.

I feel everytime I get food from here my order is missing something the burgers are cold or the drinks are half full.

I asked my chips to have a bit more salt than regular but who ever made it; it was so bad. It was as if he/she fried my chips in salt not oil.
