When I then ordered a grilled chicken Texan, and then was handed it with the words ‘grilled chicken Texan’ that is what I expected. Instead it had two beef patties in it which I didn’t realise until I had gotten home and taken a bite.
I’m not able to eat beef due to an intolerance of a certain enzyme in cows, just the one bite maybe me vomit.
Very disappointed I wasted almost $20 on a burger I couldn’t eat after they either got my order wrong or just simply didn’t care or listen.

We ware served by Ashia and this is absolutely the best customer service i have ever had in the last 10 years I have been there, thank you for your service.

Wait time so long could see orders going back in because they were wrong finally got our food it was terrible was like it sat there all day

The store suffers from bad Staff, I waited 20minutes for an egg to be cooked, and my order was incorrect again as it has been the last few times visiting the store, I’ve been coming in weekly for over a year now, I’ve decided to stop coming to this hungry Jacks from now on, I’ll see if the McDonald’s over the way is any better.

What a joke of a hjs manager should be ashamed of then self trian you staff and stop letting them dish out rubbish

I come to this store every Tuesday and get the exact same thing every morning I pop in after a job and before the next, never had an issue, Went through the drive through for my usual but just added one extra item, not a big deal, but we were rushed through by a young man with curly blonde hair, I would drop his name but he wasn’t wearing a name tag, we got to the window to pay and he read out my order

Big breakie wrap, in a regular meal with a coke, and I’ll ask for them to swap the hash brown in the meal out for some large fries, I’ll also order a coffee for my friend and today I also ordered a WHOPPER WITH CHEASE

Like I said, he read out the order and it was on the screen, and that is exactly what I payed for.
We were told to wait at the front parking spot for our food, and then a young woman came to bring out food for two cars at a time and gave us THE WRONG ORDER

We got the coke, coffee and chips, but then only a breakfast burger, not a wrap, and that’s it.

When we went to correct the situation both staff members in question just acted confused or like they had done nothing wrong, the young man who I would love to say some colourful words about, stated to me

“I never put a wrap on your order, I can’t just give you a free wrap”

He screwed up and made me pay extra for a burger that I didn’t want because by the time this all happened the breakfast menu was over, I was furious and didn’t realise until after what happened, they gave me the wrong items, and I had to pay extra for new food, I payed for the wrap but never got it and the screwed up the cheese burger too, I have been ripped off, don’t want money back, just get new staff.

At any given time of the day will ask you to park for, and I quote "their times" you can be alone in the drive through and will still be asked to park. If every other store in Perth can have fast food readily available I'm unsure why they can't if they follow the same procedures and training. Staff are always rude and will reject use of paper vouchers as it "cost the company too much money" perhaps if the average age of their employee was older than the fries they serve they would have more success with customer service. Newly crowned worst store in Perth, there are plenty of individuals that offer great service at other stores so unsure why they struggle. The multitude of negative reviews obviously speak volumes. 3 stars at a fast food restaurant, one can only hope they don't fill other roles in the community otherwise we're in trouble

Regularly get cold chips, especially when they ask you to park which is most of the time and randomly close early with no explanation given.

For future reference, drinks should be more than two thirds full and the top of the bun goes ON the burger - not in the bag separately. Wow.

Pretty average Hungry Jack's. Food was not very tasty, and obviously didn't look like what was advertised.
Not one of the better Hungry Jack's.
Pass and go to the next on the list of options.

For the past few times of ordering from this HJs ive been extremely disappointed, every single time we order here our food is cold even when we ask for it to be made fresh, id like to see a change with this problem.
No one likes cold food

Extremely poor service from sophie, who come up and stood at the front register and just stared at me without actually indicating they were ready to serve me. Also gave free food to the young kids that sat in the toilets for 20 minutes while I sat in the dining area.

Thank you for changing the opening hours.
As it was supposed to close at 10pm and we were there at 9: 37.

We understand cleaning is necessary but please mention the opening hours until 9: 30 if you can’t serve food after this time!

It took ages to get our food, the. Front door was propped open so lots of flies. Will use another one in the future.

Not sure what’s up with this HJ’s but the food is always cold and dry. Even when you tell them you want your order cooked fresh.

The burgers are always dry and cold, rip us off on chips, and nuggets are always undercooked and less than the amount said. They need a new manager that can manage proper cooking and time management. The place isn't even that busy and it takes them forever. Even KFC is faster and has better quality being always busy, so HJS need to pick there game up because the place isn't going to last like this.

Floors was dirty and gross tables was dirty food was cold and not the best they allowed a customer in that was coughing all over the place

Worst HJ's I've been to in Perth.
Have been a few times and they rarely get the order right.

Just spent 30 minutes in drive through only to be billed for someone else's (more expensive) order, even after being asked to repeat the order at the window 3 times.
The food we received was cold, dry, stale, had no cheese (despite cheese being ticked on the packaging), and tasted old.
The Lettuce was brown, the contents were only 50% inside the bun, I had to add my own cheese and mayonnaise.

When I was 5 years old, I once ate the dogs kibble. That was still a better feed than the brown rice cakes this place calls meat, and the stale dusty biscuit bun it was served in.

I'd give this place 0 stars if it was possible.
There aren't enough expletives in the English language to accurately describe the failures of this "restaurant".

I just wanted to eat comfort food for dinner. Now my stomach is sad too.

Have had food from there on several occasions as it is local and convenient, and it gets worse every time. Staff are rude, food is terrible and orders are often incorrect. Not entirely sure how the licensee is still able to trade under the HJ brand. Genuinely the worst Hungry Jacks in Perth.
