Hungry Jack's

Got Uber eats from here. Gave us the wrong drinks and didn’t give us sauce. I also found what appeared to be a rats tale in my burger. I have heard that there are RATS on the vicinity by a friend that’s used to work there.i am DISGUSTED.

Worst fast food experience I've had in years. Messed up both orders and were rude when asked to correct the orders.

Easily the best Hungry Jack’s that I have ever eaten at. The food came out quick as expected and the food was much better than a lot of HJs across Perth.

What the hell are you guys doing, Are you working with your eyes closed? My whopper was smashed with pickles very and cold and I ordered a large fry’s which was filled like a small and most were stale what a waste of everything don’t bother go to maccas.

Usually fresh and hot. Sometimes the patty on the plant based whopper can be over cooked and burnt but they are always happy to replace it

I had a wild river which was OK nothing stunning about it my wife got a dabble bacon delux burger and she couldn't eat it it was disgusting we were back on the freeway buy then won't go back again

Drive thru took over 20 min with only 3 cars in front. Way too slow.
Chips like warm. Got food handed over first then 5 min later the coffee. Had to heat food up again.

Went in and was served non fresh food. Felt sick afterwards and asked if the food was served fresh and got told they will speak to the crew and see what’s going on. Not good enough when risking peoples health from this.

Really bad customer service, got here at 9: 35pm, no staff at front. One was outside busy with friends in carpark, another was preparing to clean and go home. Managed to order my meal, but not allowed to eat in the restaurant, despite it being 9: 40pm only. Was told they’ve cleaned up and closed. Had to eat on the floor in front of the outlet…

The place to go for a quick snack or even a full meal! Great food and great staff! Excellent service and one happy customer!

Staff are usually polite, particularly a young man in the mornings on the drive thru window.
Sadly the kitchen is very unlikely to produce correct orders or warm food at any time of day (busy or slow).

Service & food is generally good. However if you are looking for a coffee with dairy free milk go else where as they are always out of non dairy milks.

Literally had the biggest hair in my food!
Refuse to eat hungry jacks again if I could give no stars I would!

Slow.
Expensive for fast food.

Wouldn't recommend, but no other HJs in the are.

I am a frequent customer at hungry jacks Cockburn and most of the time I am a happy customer. But this one time last week a young teenage boy I think, with a name tag with the name bailey on it. I was waiting for 20 minutes in store for a simple chicken royal meal and this teen making the burger was just dancing with his chains out and slacking off. This could be cross contamination and could poison the food. I'm really NOT HAPPY with the way this teenager thought he was the boss of the store and can just slack off and dance whenever he pleases to do so. I would love the store manager to show this teenager my review on him so he can improve and make sure my experience with him doesn't happen again.

Ordered a bacon deluxe - it was well put together - cost of the burger was what was stated on the online menu and the burger was nice and hot and yummy. Cheers

Would love to share but after waiting 2 hours, I cancelled my order! It wasn’t even a complex order 2 burgers with chips. Very poor effort Hungry Jacks

Lovely place to eat, the place is absolutely spotless.the staff keep it very clean. A lovely whopper burger nicely put together and food lovely and hot. Coffee tastes beautiful. The staff are very friendly, great experience, not sure why all the negative reviews are these people working for maccas?

Worst customer service. They don't even know how to make a hot Coffee even after telling them 4 times that i need extra hot. Rude staff behaviour. And I ask for only one sugar And They put A lot of it bcoz i asked them to make another.
I had To throw It all in a drain.

I just popped in after work. Food is fine and staff were really lovely. But I noticed one lady 'Carmen' I believe I read off her name tag was extremely rude to other staff, clapping at them. It was really sad to see people get treated that way.
