Would give O stars if I could. Was kept waiting 1/2hr for 2 basic meals and drinks. Served every Uber driver in sight & ones that arrived after, & completely ignored my son. I had to go in and chase up order which had disappeared from order screen. Then staff member had the nerve to try and give us a warm shake that had been sitting on the bench for over 20 mins. Staff need training on how to read in order and food hygiene before someone gets food poisoning

Always great quality for me - not rushed or busy, usually, however. Best HJs for a local. Would recommend 10/10.

They said they had no biscoff sauce so we paid for extra biscoff biscuits on the storm… I might as well of saved myself the money and bought myself a cup of plain soft serve if that was ‘heavy topping’ always disappointing.

Just sat in drive thru for 20 minutes, after our order not being taken for 5 minutes and was then told they didn’t have the biscoff sauce. THE ONE THING WE WANTED.ridiculous.sort it out hjs this is not the service i have come to expect.

The burger was stone cold. Looked like it had been used for soccer practice on the floor and no pepper sauce and no salad at all.

Roadhouse that didn't taste anything like it should have, tasted the same as a whopper.

Not all the order was put in the bag (lucky I checked in the carpark). My Angus burger was pretty greasy. The whoppers in the order were nice.

Unfortunately the staff can be quite rude and the food can be dismal at best. Leaves a lot to be said about management.

We had our order stuffed up here a while ago and a got told we had a credit under our number, come into redeem it to be met with a rude assistant manager Janvish
that was out of uniform that couldnt care less about it, couldnt find the credit and didnt offer any solution
Then acted rude the rest of the interaction.the only saving grace for this store was how lovely the cashier Ava was.

Ordered the tropical fried chicken burger. It came with only the chicken, mayo and lettuce. Where’s the BBQ sauce, bacon and pineapple? What a waste of 9.40

Food is always way to hot and or it's been sitting there a while when they serve you fresh cooked chips with salt they are nice and there drinks are good to.

I went through the drive thu, to order a large cup of water with 2 serves of bursties.at all my other hungry jacks they put it through for me as 2 frozen drinks that way i can pay for the bursties.when i went last week i asked for the following and i got told that i can't do it.i explained that all my other hungry jacks do it and i explained as i wanted somthing yummy as my body isn't the best with fizzy drinks and they said they won't do it.i offered to buy it as a large soft drink and just replace it with water but they said no.i asked to speak to the manager but was told that they weren't there? Wow hungry jacks leaving your staff unsupervised.really disappointing you can't cater even when i'm offering extra money

Staff member handling food not wearing gloves or a hairnet or hat. Ice cream machine refilled with icecream running down side. Machine put back incorrectly - an accident waiting to happen.

Does a decent job and the food orders are usually right. ONLY thing I'd say is.the sauces man always the sauces.

I’ve had a few issues here in the past with wrong orders/missing items but tonight was an absolute joke. Literally took over an hour for food as online order kept cancelling saying something went wrong. Finally placed order & manager packed food, got home & 2 complete meals missing & burgers not correct. No sauces either & food all dried up & cold. Literally tried to call them several times & they don’t answer the phone either. Ended up taking food back for refund. $86 for that rubbish, no thanks. This place needs a serious shake up. Seems like they concentrate more on Uber orders than anything else.
Don’t waste your time or money.

On Saturday bought something through, drive through the kid paying me took my order was very polite kind and respectful and he had great manners after i had to change my order because a mistake i made.

Takes 10 minutes just to order and another 10 to get your order.then the kids meal box just collapses and all the food falls out. Workers seem to be in slow motion and not an ounce of manners between all of them put together.

Usually love our hjs first time at banskia Grove if it was your first time you had hjs you would never eat again pay 30c extra for heavy Mayo get no Mayo tomatoes thicker only end pieces ask for no pickles get pickles staff need to listen to customers and learn how to make whoppers

Purchased Uber Eats,

No straws for the drinks
No utensils for the deserts
Onion rings were soggier than a biscuit in warm milk
Chips were older and saltier than the ocean
Burgers were squished and cold

. Need I say more

Yet again shell in the egg, 3 times this has happened in just over six months. Service staff was good in replacing the sausage and egg breakfast and thankfully replacement was ok. Standards seem to be slipping
