Terrible meal I think the chips where cooked a month before they served them burger was just dressing and run everywhere couldn't eat it

Clean, polite front counter girls, our order didn't take too long at all considering the time of night we were there and the food was hot when served too.

It's not quick and efficient today. Had to wait 25 minutes in the waiting bay for two kids' nugget meals, one Wappa meal, and one bacon delux meal.
Despite asking three times at each window and ordering speaker for ketchupp to be included with the kids' meal chips. They forgot, and when i got the package and asked if the ketchup was in the bag, i was told, "It should be. "
Well, it wasn't, so I went inside and got it myself.
Good grief. The kids would have been upset otherwise, as i was as well.

Disgusting food and service! Disgusting personal! It is so sad how a popular place like this is sooo bad in baldivis, they shut kick out the full person and create a new one.

Its a nice atmosphere and has nice staff, but their service is really bad if youre dining in

Ordered a vegan burger by mistake. A plant based burger is so much tastier. I threw the vegan in the bin and left.

Ordered three meals 1 small 1 medium bacon deluxe meals and 1 large ultimate whopper meal got my order home to find 3 small chips this type of service is unacceptable

Fix your fuxking ice cream machine, it’s nearly summertime! Always come in and it’s out of service.

Ordered blat meal, very average and forgot the hashbrown.
Ordered big breaky wrap, got an old normal wrap, dry AF.

Won't be going back again. Hopefully it's shuts down soon and get replaced by something else. It's in a prime spot.

Edit. Now I taste the orange juice and it's awful too, you can't even make a juice from a machine!

This place needs health inspections.

WORST HJS EVER! Never get anything chicken! They never cook it properly and give uncooked chicken and food poisoning. All ways dirty floors, tables, chairs and just overall dirty, the place feel very disgusting. I’ve seen staff fight with one another and mangers yelling at staff for just doing their job. Never get breakfast from here it’s always uncooked and just overall nasty. Also i’d to add they had pest control come in to get rid of their rat issues and yet the kitchen was STILL OPEN, what a joke of a restaurant and joke of management.

Cold food that is not freshly cooked.
Messed up orders and I even got a burger without meat in it. Getting worse every time I go there.

Was very disappointed in my meal that I ordered, the chips were almost as cold as my drink and the chicken on my burger felt like it was cooked hours before hand. Unfortunately this isn't the first time or second time my meal has turned out this way. I'm not sure why I go back.the burgers are better at the mcdonalds a short distance down the road.

I can’t believe what we open when we reached home we ordered 2 grilled chicken meal the chicken patty were over discard time it was rubbery the onions rings were cold n the condiments inside the burgers were just chucked inside the burgers hardly any ranch sauce on the bun the cheese was hanging of the side of the burger, numerous times I have been to the Baldivis drive thru it’s a nightmare especially if u wait for a long time thinking your getting nice burgers, fries and onion rings not. I hope that the workers would follow properly how each condiments represents they need to respect the burger.

So I went to drive thru and this B*tch keeps ignoring me while I was talking fkng rude and bad costumer service and the food quality is horrible down horrendous and I'm gonna come back again for another 1 star

Try a buy a coffee in the morning but they ran out off milk all they had was goats milk

The girls there are so nice on the night shift and the lovely manager was so nice and understanding with my fussy order and there burgers are the best and such great people thanks ladies! Would highly recommend

Had a meal before dropping of grandchildren. All tables had food scraps on them could do with a wipe down. Otherwise quick service hot food.

Just had choc thick shake and a hash brown. Quick service, hash brown was greasey though-probably why they taste good.

Not happy, and won't b back, as they no longer have my Burger I always got. Don't no y they discontinued some of the Burgers, but just won't b back now.

Great as always, only criticism is the sensor at the drive thru doesn't pick up my lifted ute lol
