Hungry Jack's

After years of contemplating if it's worth a try I finally decided to go for a plant based burger here. The patty was burnt, hard to chew, and the burger was so dry I almost choked on it. Definitely an experience.

More often than not they get our order wrong and the food is always cold. We keep saying we will never go back and then for some reason end up there and are once again disappointed.

Omg! The absolute WORST DRIVE THRU EVERRRR! We waited 40 mins in line and thought it was just super busy for a sat night.we finally found out they weren’t taking any orders at the drive thru? ! People were reversing and leaving. We left with no food! Only young kids wrk there and no senior experienced managers! Never ever go there! They should close it down.

Just sat in drive thru for 40 mins with no one coming out to tell us that they weren’t serving at the drive thru they had 8-9 car lined up waiting. Every time I go they get it wrong. This is Worst HJ’s in Perth. The manager has no idea how to manage kids. The kids that used to go in there and start trouble were his mates that wrecked the place. It is a joke and needs a complete overhaul starting from the management

I had to wait for my food for 4 whole days and when they finally served me they "accidently" spilled my large coke all over my $1000 suit. The patty was cold, the chips were green and I think my replacement small coke was poisoned because I had to be admitted into the hospital for coke poisoning. The evil workers also decided to replace the pickles with jalapenos. When I went to toilets I found a worker eating a happy meal in a stall. On my way out of the building I slipped on something and hit my head, I am now paralyzed from the neck down.

Came through at 9: 30 didn’t catch the name of the guy but so sweet and kind we need more people like him!

Go up to get dinner for family, show vouchers on my phone and get told by a young kid that I need to print those off on paper before they will accept them. After explaining that this has never happened in 2-3 years, he informs me it is policy. I asked if it was policy of Hungry Jacks to not be environmentally friendly or green by having customers print off vouchers rather than use them digitally. Extremely disappointing from a non-environmental organisation.

Great location near cinemas and shops. Burgers were fresh hot, and well built not just slapped together.

Went there last week.
Asked for an extra patty on a rebel whopper and got 2 extra veggie patties.
They changed them but didn't tell me in the process they had overcharged me.
No refund so make sure you check your order receipt as they clearly don't.
That being said the burger was pretty good

Adding to the reviews about questionable practices, the owners are now openly discriminating against people.

So last 3 times we have gone, food dead cold, considering rise of living at least serve your food warm if not hot.customer service was rude and moving forward going to make homemade burgers, at least they'll be hot

Very upset they didn’t like me walk through the drive through. I feel like they could have pretended that I was in a car

The girl who served me was so hot I just kept going back for more and more ice cream. If your reading this can I make you a cream pie?

I would give this Hungry Jack's a 0 star if I could.
This Hungry Jack's consistently messes up our order. Every time we go something goes wrong.
They will double charge your debit card so only pay in cash. When you do pay cash they will throw it at you and it'll go on the road. When you get your order always check, cause the majority of the time, it'll be wrong.
Then when you go to get it fixed they'll ignore you for 5 mins, despite you being the only person in line.
When you finally get to speak with someone they won't help you, then they'll forget what you need fixed until you have to call out to someone. They'll make a snide comment about you not yelling, when you only raised your voice to be heard over the ruckus.

This place really needs to hire competent people and train them to a higher standard.

First night, Wednesday night drive through for a sundae, waited ten minutes or more for a sundae, car in front was ages to recieve food then another wait for the sundae, long wait but not enough for me to review. Thursday night, again drive through for a whopper on its own and a bacon deluxe, not busy, casual looking team, no urgency to serve. Waited at least fifteen minutes, am wondering is Uber eats priority these days to customers who make the effort to come down, should've gone to Glengarry.

Absolutely rotten. The girl serving me placed the item on the counter and walked, off. I repeatedly "said Excuse me", as i wanted to ask her about the payment, she clearly heard me but just walked off. Absolutely horrible service. This has to be the worst Hungry jacks I have been to. This venue is filthy dirty, the staff are very young and given the state of the food, they obviously require close supervision. The owners/managers should be embarrassed. Will never go back.

Terrible costumer service. For the third time I got home with wrong order. Staffs are not prepared and trained to deal with costumers and take the orders.
