Hungry Jack's

Went to HJ’s Aveley with a bunch of my friends, was extremely disappointed. Girl who served us, did not want to be there at all. I understand not liking your job, but at least put on a smile for the customers. Ordered an ice chocolate, came out after 15 minutes, keep in mind there was only two other orders.

2nd time that i bought food and not everything was in packet! Not happy at all as im living Muchea cannot just drive all the way back for nuggets and dip

They are getting worse and worse and worse. Last 3 times service was terrible, took forever when ordering online and drive through. Last order on the 10th May 2023 chicken from a Jack's Fried Chicken Hunger was raw. Disgusting is the best word to describe the food.

Burger was cold didn’t ask for cheese but got it and the chips were awful over cooked and hard all in all disgusting

Online order picked up at drive through and drove off, the beef in the bacon deluxe burger were so dry, taste like cardboard, no enough sauce or all soak it, u can tell the burgers are not freshly made and it's horrible that I have to throw away. What a waste of money to buy from this store, not anymore.

Have given them a second chance only to be disappointed AGAIN! Service was absolutely rude. 1 staff member looked at me then walked away. The staff member that served me was so rude was ready to knock his head off. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! Get home and half the burger is hanging out the side and the nuggets are cold.

Hungry Jacks you need to train your staff in manners to the customer! I remember when you use o be greeted hi and welcome to hungry jacks what can we get for you.
Will not be coming back and letting others know.

Absolutely disappointing. First off all was not informed of the new disgusting muffin. Loved the old one. And omg who puts BBQ sauce on eggs. Then my cup of tea came black no milk. Threw it out as it was take away. That was a waste of my money and food.

Waited 20 minutes in the waiting bay, ended up going in and then had to wait for them to make my burger. No apology at all. Try to look after the customers who come to your store Huungry Jacks and not so much Uber eats…pathetic customer service. Chips are always cold, sick of this place, never going there again. PATHETIC

Ok. There's one kid who obviously doesn't want to be there he is always miserable no manners when he takes your money he goes pay now no hello, goodby, no smile needs to do something he Is happy doing definitely no customer service

My burger was very stale i couldnt eat it bc it was crunchy. It was also loaded with sauce probably to cover up that it is stale. Chips were stale too.

Called up to tell them our brekkie wraps had no egg or sauce and the girl litterally had me on speaker while she spoke to the kitchen and basically called me a liar! I buy drinks and food here every day nearly and was disgusting service!

Just wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation to Alice the manager at Hungry Jacks Ellenbrook. She was so helpful and kind in rectifying a situation and I could not be happier with the service I received.

Disgusting! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Burger, buns, fries and nuggets were all hard, dry and beyond old! Couldn't even eat what we paid for. So disappointing!
Ellenbrook HJs is by far the worst location I've ever been to! Avoid at all cost! Not the first time for terrible service and food - definitely never going back not even for the free meal offered to make up for this atrocity! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

This is the worst HJs ever! Food is cold the choc shake was warm and tasted off and curdled

You honestly need to get some capable staff or train them all again!

Please allow a Zero rating. Walked in and ordered.waited.waited.noticed our number on orders ready nobody had asked. Young girl came to take our order explained we were waiting and eventually was told it's here by the Manager.on the front desk all open.everyone turned and totally ignored us. Oh thankyou we will come here again NOT! What an absolute hash.

If I could give 0 I would. This Hungry Jack's is an indictment on the school system of Ellenbrook/Aveley if these workers are a result. Orders are wrong all the time, horrendous service and 9/10 substandard product. Avoid at all costs. Zambrero or Nando's is close by, go there.

Waited 20 minutes for my order whopper junior with cheese only to receive just a whopper junior. What a joke

If you plan on having a midnight snack, or a midday snack from HJ’s Ellenbrook, don’t waste your time. You’ll be welcomed with terrible customer service (rude and, disrespectful). They constantly get your meal wrong and it’s always cold and if you go there late at night, you’ll just be waiting over an hour.

Saturday mid-morning drive through was a nightmare, waiting lines took so long. We ordered 2 regular coffees and were recommended to upgrade to a large for $1, so we accept and pay for the order then get to pick up window and they produce us with 2 regular coffees. We explained we have paid for larges they and proceeded to offer 2 regular and 2 small coffees as they have run out of large cups.no offer to refund the difference or apology for the inconvenience.service was very poor

I wrote a review on this fast food place about 6 years ago which was less than glowing. I have to admit though, the past few times I have been to the store the food and service has been considerably better. Not sure if they're under new management or just have a fresh lot of kids working there, however credit where credit is due, they have improved greatly.
